Restaurants near Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge

Jennifer was an excellent server, and the rest of the staff were great as well. The seating was comfortable and offered a nice view of the river (in the dark). Highly recommend the brie and fruit appetizer! Everything was good to excellent. It's just hard to wrap our heads around the cost of going out to eat at a nicer restaurant in 2025.

I am from the Midwest and this is the second time dining at Antony's. I had remembered the great seafood & service, nice views through tall windows and beautiful native stone & tile work. I had forgotten about the open central kitchen & nice (FRESH SOFT) sourdough rolls and slabs of hard sweet cream butter, the perfectly cooked rockfish with a properly executed beurre blanc. I asked for that instead of the mango-pineapple salsa and they swapped it without a fuss. I have had well-made bread pudding maybe 5 times in my life and sadly, maybe 20+X badly. Two of the memorable ones were in New Orleans. The 3rd was at Anthony's yesterday! Crunchy on the edges, but moist in the center, nice custardy cream - Maker's Mark bourbon reduction and fresh cranberries in a second sauce and throughout the bread pudding. Some chef's put thought and care into this to get it this perfect; berries weren't mushy (and we get great fresh cranberries in Wisconsin and it's easy to overcook..), so there was clearly trial and error to dial this in. Fabulous service without interrupting conversation; water glass always full; great wines by the glass etc. Overall most pleased. Great for a business lunch or important dinner

Great time, fries were arrived a bit cold, but we had a great server and gave us a new plate. The steak Thai salad is excellent.

This is the 7th year that we have enjoyed Christmas dinner at Fujiyama’s restaurant. We keep coming back because we experience the same delicious food, great entertainment, and awesome dining adventure each and every time. Fujiyama’s is CONSISTENTLY quality food each & every time we’ve eaten there. We have never had a bad experience. Everything has tasted beyond delicious. Waitresses, chefs, bus boys, everyone has been extremely courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful. We will continue to return for Christmas dinner!!
