We had a family meal here last night. We were given a really lovely table upstairs, unfortunately one of our family n crutches couldn't make it up the stairs. Even though they were very busy and fully booked they managed to very quickly get us a table downstairs. Both steak and chicken were ordered by our party and everyone really enjoyed their meals. All the food was cooked perfectly, the garlic bread was delicious and the complimentary profiteroles were delicious. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and efficient. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone

Food was lovely. However, I can’t consume alcohol due to an upcoming surgery so I asked for a non alcoholic cocktail. They brought the wrong drink with alcohol and I ended up drinking some of it without realising. The one incident that made my experience at Mackenzie’s go sour. Otherwise food and ambience was all worth visiting for.

The whole experience was excellent. My wife and I wanted to go out for a romantic meal and had exactly that. I cannot remember our servers name, but he was extremely attentive, without being overbearing. The food was perfect, the drinks were tasty and the desert was to die for. It’s not our first time at The Ivy, and it certainly won’t be our last.
