While our dinner exceeded our expectations, we were disappointed that the "guaranteed Sunday roast available until 4:30" was sold out apparently long before our 4:00 reservation. We shared the Chateaubriand with Bernaise, Caesar salad, creamed spinach and Tunworth (cheesy) mash. All were excellent as was the peanut butter shortbread with salted caramel ice cream. Cannot say enough about the very attentive staff who took great care of us. Every person we came into contact with was friendly, warm and helpful. We couldn't imagine a better experience!

**Review: Cold Town House** We were fortunate to snag a booking for the rooftop terrace at Cold Town House on a Saturday, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of Edinburgh Castle that set the perfect backdrop for an evening out. Sharing a cold brew tower with friends was a unique and refreshing experience, and paired with their delicious, freshly made pizzas, it made for an ideal outing. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Cold Town House is definitely a perfect spot to enjoy great food, drinks, and company in a stunning setting. Highly recommend!

We visit the restaurant a couple of times a year and the food never disappoints. I like how the menu changes seasonally, using locally sourced produce with the signature dishes having a European twist. The service is exceptional from start to finish, just wish I’d had the chance to thank Kirsten personally for her delicious food. We will definitely be back

Great selection for everyone on the menu. Delicious food, not a drop was left by any of us. Lovely evening enjoyed by all. Special mention for Jo who looked after us all extremely well. Staff excellent. Superb service. Thank you to everyone. We will be back again soon.
