Read the reviews but had no expectations, just high hopes. Located in a strip mall, the exterior is very unassuming. The interior is chic, well-stated and comfortable. The cocktails were mixed to perfection. We enjoyed a number of the Small Plates. Perfect for sharing and we did not have a single item that was not outstanding. The quality and care in the preparation cannot be faulted. The textures and flavors were spot on! The presentation was fantastic. Highly recommend Partage! On our return to Vegas, we will be adding this into the rotation. More

Italian | The Venetian and Palazzo, The Strip

The Factory Kitchen is the product of a long-standing friendship between Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana. Ferdinandi and Auriana share the vision of imparting their Italian roots and memories through food and hospitality. The original trattoria, serving traditional Italian recipes, opened its doors on Oct. 24, 2013, in The Arts District, Downtown Los Angeles. The Factory Kitchen takes its name from the street it’s located on and the former factory building complex that hosts it, but the restaurant’s soul is purely Italian. In the kitchen, Chef Auriana prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at The Factory Kitchen highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes. These recipes have been passed down from generation to generation within Italian families. Beverage Director and Sommelier Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi has created a wine list which reflects the essence of their distinctive regions.More

Chinese (Canton) | The Palazzo Hotel Resort & Casino, The Strip

Mott 32 is named after 32 Mott Street in New York. 32 Mott St was the site of NYC’s first Chinese convenience store, which opened in 1851, and was the nucleus for what is now a vibrant Chinatown in one of the most dynamic cities in the world. Our contemporary Chinese restaurant is a celebration of Hong Kong culture and cuisine.

Our chefs use the latest in modern and innovative cooking techniques from around the world. Our restaurant’s menu is principally Cantonese with some signature Beijing dishes and Sichuan, bringing the most out of traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. This particular level of modernity combined with the respect for tradition is what makes Mott 32 so spectacularly unique.

Mott 32 has become one of the most awarded restaurants in Hong Kong, including Best New Restaurant, Best Interior Design and Best Restaurant Reader Choice Award by Tatler, No.1 Hot 10 Restaurants in Asia and SCMP 100 Top Tables 2014, 2015 and 2016.More

Discover Las Vegas

Second only to gambling the world’s most recognizable gaming destination, restaurant culture in Las Vegas is loud and proud. A popular outpost for Food Network stars’ restaurant offshoots or New York and Los Angeles restaurateurs looking for space and an eager audience, Las Vegas has been a real player on the culinary scene for years, despite its landlocked situation (unsustainable though it may seem, fish abounds.) In addition to the glitzy big names of casino restaurants, the city off-the-strip is dotted with strip malls many of which have become food destinations of their own. Whether its regional thai or better sushi than you ever thought could be served in the desert, the world is your, figurative, oyster in Vegas.
