Service was quite slow
Another wonderful meal at La Boudin Blanc. Great staff and kitchen.
I would recommend the restaurant but not if you want to have a conversation as it is far too noisy. The staff are very pleasant and the food was good.
Food were Simply to rich, and the chief made somme bad choises along the Way. The Wine was served far to warm. Price vs. quality/service did not match. I Can not renommend the Place.
Very good polite service. Nice food. Reasonable price and fairly quiet so I could have a conversation
Fantastic food and wine, first class service from the professional team.
Well prepared traditional French Bistro style food. Pleasant ambiance ,
Have dined here many times in the last 20 years and it is always very good.
Very pleasant and tasty. Service was impeccable. Creme brûlée was delicious!
This has always been one of my favourite spots in London - unfortunately this was not a great experience - food was good but the service was terrible - bad timing of delivery of plates - lack of specials that were offered - there is a reason why the place was half empty on a Saturday evening
Charming, small French restaurant with wonderful food and service in a very cute commercial area of Mayfair.
Not my first visit. I like the restaurant, but if it had been my first time, I doubt I would go again.
In terms of service, it was a bad experience.
First, they sat us at the wrong table, so we were asked to move.
Service was slow and poor. The waiting time between starters and mains was way too long; they brought 1 wrong dish; and when asked about desserts, we said "yes", but the dessert menus never came.
We haven’t been here for a little while but the quality of the food has remained, If anything it’s not as rustic as I seem to remember maybe a little more refined. Service is the real deal with a lot of French accents adding to the atmosphere.
Wonderful food and great service! The French onion soup is a must order
Amazing as always
Always consistent and very friendly. Unpretentious and decent French cooking.
We love this restaurant which we visited three times during a 10 day trip to London. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive. The menu has many delicious choices along with creative daily specials. The wine list is very good, and has a good selection of wines by the glass. With both indoor and outdoor seating you can choose your surroundings, and the ambiance is very nice everywhere. We highly recommend Le Boudin Blanc.
Fantastic French restaurant with very pleasant and helpful staff. Always worth a trip and never disappointed.
Great french food! Some of the best I’ve had in London
Never, ever, use the excuse that the restaurant is so busy that it forgets to bring two separate items for two different courses. Get more staff.
The fact that they removed one of the items from the bill is the least that can be done. But the excuses that were made were as amusing as they were unbelievable. Not good
The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
Food was underwhelming. Mussels arrived cold as did a couple of the sides, lamb was tough with no real flavour. Pity as it’s a good position and had a good buzz but call me old fashioned but good needs to hit the right buttons and in the night we went it was offkey!
Intimate , quiet setting. Superb food, lovely wine and attentive but not distracting service.
Had a wonderful lunch on Sunday , great food and super service , loved the French music.
We have been many times and always enjoy the delicious food and excellent service. It’s just a shame to have the overhead lighting on and no candles - it takes away the intimacy of the place a bit.
Arrived earlier then our booking, it was no issue, they found a table for us immediately and looked after us beautifully. The staff are super friendly and was a great help when helping chose the food from the menu. Overall a great experience and delicious food.
My wife and I went to this last year to celebrate our anniversary, and we picked this place because it was the french restaurant in our work neighborhood with good reviews (because both of us worked in Mayfair last year). The service and the food was exquisite last year.
This year both of us had moved to the city, but my wife insisted that we come all the way back to Mayfair to go to this restaurant.
The experience this year, was not second to that of last year, if not better.
I chose the Veal dish, and that was amazing, and my wife chose the lamb, and she loved it as well. the food is so delicious.
With the wine, I usually play safe, and choose Cabernet Sauvignon. The one I had here was probably the best I've ever tasted.
The service was incredible as well, with a special surprise on the dessert to congratulate us for the anniversary.
We were very happy that we chose to go back, and it will most probably will not be the last time we go there.
This was probably my fifth time dining at Le Boudin Blanc and was my best (they have all been fabulous). A perfect straight-forward meal; everything prepared to perfection and delicious. The wines were well chosen, the staff engaging, warm and knowledgeable. For my vote, Le Boudin Blanc is my favorite restaurant in London (and I have tried many). Bon Appetit!
Cute restaurant in lovely Shepherds Market. Excellent service and romantic setting. Lovely French food.
We had a great evening for our 1st year wedding anniversary. Appreciated the service and special effort with the dessert. Will definitely be back again in the future.
An excellent business dinner with great atmosphere and service
Good overall. Airways reliable.
The quality of the food in relation to the price and in comparison to other equivalent Restaurants is not very acceptable. Mainly the Sommelier is recommending high priced wines , even by glass. Not very acceptable either.
Very friendly and attentive, our waitress on being told I was Coeliac, really tried to persuade me not to order my all time favourite your Boudin Blanc. Yes of course she was right but on previous occasions yes had a little dyhorrea after it but loved the flavour and texture. She sold me cuisse de canard instead and she was totally correct it was fabulous and no after effects. On leaving all the staff personally said their ‘Adieus’ lovely touch.
Will be back.
Amazing food and staff. I was dining alone and was treated with perfect service. A perfect evening where I felt welcomed.
I discovered Le Boudin Blanc in the mid nineties when I was traveling incessantly between NYC and London and it ha been one of my favorite restaurants ever since. The escargots are a must have!
As good and as entertaining as ever. Good menu for the day options which we both had.
The food was delicious with a good selection, and the service was professional and friendly.
