Beautiful restaurant with fantastic food and service. Can't wait to return in the new year.
Really atmosphere
Staff super friendly
Really affordable considering the location.
Would definitely go back and recommend.
A gorgeous evening - we celebrated our anniversary here and was such a lovely atmosphere with lovely staff and delicious food - extremely good value for money!
Great service and delicious food. We had the Boeuf bourguignon for the main and fondant au chocolat for dessert - our favourite spot in London so far. Very cosy too!
Stunning food as always and the friendliness and most polite staff.
Had a lovely meal of mussels. The service was really good and loved the underground tables.
The food quality was not great for the price but the location was good.
Wonderful venue, food and staff, lovely to be back after 1 year
I love Le Garrick and they are working so hard to offer as normal an experience as possible. Do explore their enterprising "shop".
So nice to be back at Le Garrick and to see them still managing to create excellent food and service with so many rules and regulations being thrown at them. Will be back again soon!
Wonderful restaurant. Food is delicious. Setting and decor fabulous. Staff friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend.
Fabulous evening! The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. The service was really good and it would seem that nothing was too much trouble
If you're worried about Covid do not eat here. The restaurant is small with all the tables tightly packed close together. The restaurant are taking zero social distancing measures and every table is in use.
Delicious traditional French food in an intimate setting being looked after by the beautiful people. If only one could live here.
Best French food in London. Always reliable. I would recommend to anyone.
The restaurant did not obey social distancing rules. The tables were too close to each other.
Incredible customer service and wine promotions, best duck confit I’ve ever had. Also escargot was delicious. The owner came to our table & welcomed us and offered his recommendations on wine parings. We were offered a free nightcap as well. We found our meeting favorite French restaurnt in London - will 100% be going back as soon as we can!
Restaurant ok. Food quite poor. Chicken dish had been overcooked.
This is a French cuisine restaurant and the ambience supports this. However I would pitch the food as bistro rather than restaurant standard. The meal cost well over £100 with only one glass of wine each. The atmosphere is pleasant but, you’ll be paying dearly for it. Another niggle about the meal was that several items on the menu were not available and when I asked for a glass of Jack Daniels they had run out!
The restaurant was quite nice! They put us in a kind of small area so the enviroment was so cozy and romantic. The food also was so good, but I think it is maybe a bit expensive for the price we paid.
In general, was a great experience!
We recommend to eat the steaks, so soft and tasty!
We sat by an open door. The waitress forgot some f our order. The babychicken plate looked like sth from a lunch menu. Not once did the waitress ask us if everything was satisfactory. We got drinks and food at the same thing. The food was blend and boring ( not the duck). An overall disappointing experience.
Excellent restaurant, great service ana food. Could not recommend more
As usual the food was super but for the first time ever, was served on stone cold plates.
Wonderful as always, manager exceptional such grace
Great welcome , food was superb. I look forward to my next visit.
Lovely spot for a romantic dinner! Staff were super friendly and efficient. We only had drinks and snacks, so can't comment on the food, though other guests' orders looked good! The snacks were fine: delicious olives, but the mixed nuts were very heavy on wasabi nuts...
Lovely food and great ambience. Good chilled evening spot!
We had a great meal a this lovely little restaurant and fully recommend this to anyone who wants to eat a french meal or choose from the many other options from burgers to steaks. The wine is priced at an affordable setting (The Sancerre is excellent) especially as a comparison to Balthazar where have also eaten with extortionate wine pricing! There little alcoves downstairs provide a select and informal setting and the staff are excellent
This was a lovely restaurant! It was authentic and felt like I was in France!
My friends and I had a great time and my partner was wished happy birthday in french which was a whole new experience !
I will definitely recommend it !
We had great experience here. The restaurant is romantic and cosy, food are tasty. Very good service, great value.
Really great service. Good food and the set menu was not that expensive. Would recommend it it you. The place is also good for social distancing as down stairs the tables have walls between them.
The second time in this restaurant, in couple, the good french place to go ! The food is just perfect, the service efficient and the staff is lovely.
For sure we'll come back again !
We had a delicious meal at Le Garrick. The food was beautiful, the service was great and the atmosphere was lovely and chilled and it was clear that other people were also having a lovely evening! The only down side was that the tables were just one metre apart which ordinarily wouldn’t have been a problem but with the current Covid climate, a bit more space in between other tables would have made us feel a little more comfortable. We will definitely be back!
It's dark, small, cozy and full of French atmosphere. Staff are super attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, caring for detail and professional. Great cocktails, great wine, food prices are not too scary. Food was tasty, great "first time eating snails" experience, great steak, amazing duck, lovely goat's cheese salad, comfy cassoulet, all nice apart from Moules- they were dry and bland though still edible (the side of fries were amazing).
Staff were amazing and the food was delicious, has to be my favourite restaurant
We had a lovely time here - warm , friendly with great food and ambience
Great waitress, super place for value bite in intimate setting
One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years. Lovely environment, excellent food (especially the escargots!) and just the right level of service. Just what we needed to lift the spirits during the current COVID situation.
The pre-theatre menu is great value. Great authentic French atmosphere and great food.
Great food, ( almost a full menu) , great service. Good observance of social distancing measures. Nice ambiance. First time visiting and would definitely return
