Seated on time, Wife and I decided to go with multiple appetizers instead of entrees . Let waitress that we would go with multiple apps since we wanted to try multiple items. . After order, the customary Humus with pita . Ordered 5 apps , chef ash approached table a few times suggesting ordering entrees . We let him know how good the food is and said we wanted to stick with apps. We split a desert. When we received our bill, I noted that the complimentary humus was billed .

I asked the waitress And the response was “ chef ash said add the humus since they did nit order any entrees. I call him over , he said the same . I explained to him that we were up front in ordering apps, never ordered the humus . Also , the humus and pita is “ their complimentary bread”. No written or verbal notice that it is a chargeable item if you don’t order an entree.

I told him to remove it , he was not happy and said he has nit written that on the menu. This is no way to do business. Don’t nickel and dime customers. Repeat customers is how you last in business . We ordered app and desert that was same spend as if ordered entrees !

The food was excellent , but sour taste in mouth from this interaction. If you go, check for extra charges .

Met up with my girlfriends for dinner. It was our first time going to Lemon Mediterranean (BYOB) and we had a great time. Food was delicious! From appetizers, entrees to dessert... everything was really good and did not disappoint. I wish I took pictures of each dish. Looking forward to going back.

Chef Ash and his esteemed staff are always very friendly and aim to please. We feel like family when we come to dine. Food is authentic and delicious. BYOB and parking in lot is available.

Highly recommend! The food and service were awesome! My only suggestion would be not putting the sauce over the crab leg cluster in the Cioppino. Picking it up with sauce on it is messy and a no-go in a restaurant!

First time here.. Food was fresh, homemade, seasoned wonderfully and the menu offered widely varied choices. The meatballs in my Kofta dish were a little overcooked but otherwise food was very good. Service was good, almost too attentive, but they clearly were focused on our needs. We'll be back.

We had a reservation for 8:30pm on a Saturday night. we showed up promptly but they weren’t able to seat us right away (10min wait). 30 minutes later still standing awkwardly by another table, we decided to leave. The manager never came over to greet us, not even to apologize that they had given our table away even though we had a reservation. What terrible customer service!

The rack of lamb in a port reduction was perfect and had excellent accompaniments.

Awesome place and great dish selection on the menu. Branzino and Lamb Empanadas were super fresh and the seasoning was spot on. The Baklava for a desert was a little disappointing as it was super dry and needed way more honey on it. The fresh made whip cream was also delicious! But overall great place to go, cozy spot and great food.

Chef Ash greeted us personally and quite pleasantly making sure we had anything we wished for in a prompt fashion. The food the lemon was unbelievable and everybody in my group left completely happy and very full! the night begin with a very delicious homemade hummus and pita for dipping. Hillary a couple of plates of the mussels appetizer and dinner was on from there!
Two of us had the Lamb shoulder, which fell off the bone and was absolutely fantastic! Others at the table had the Branzini and the Chioppino special which was out of this world!
For dessert we had bacalao delicious homemade ice cream and the chef sent out a Bananas Foster (which I have not seen anybody make in a long time) and it was surreal!
I would recommend a lemon to anyone who wanted a fantastic, well thought out and extremely well prepared dinner.
Each member of the staff from chef Ash all the way to wait staff was not only very nice but professional and attentive.
Thank you chef for a lovely evening we'll all be back.

Chef Ash and his team continue to have consistently great made to order food. Always happy to go there knowing that whatever I order, will be great. Many selections and specials. Would say one of top restaurants in Monmouth County.

First time there with my husband and teenage son. Waiter was super nice and very attentive. Food was absolutely delish and it was quiet enough to enjoy our conversation. Moroccan chicken was full of flavor and my son really enjoyed the steak. Had to get the mango panna cotta for dessert. Sooooo good. Will definitely be back again.

My wife and I had an very pleasurable 2020 New Years Eve dining experience. Our waiter was very curitous, friendly and attentive. He checked a reasonable amount of times if we needed anything or if everything was to our satisfaction. It is a BYOB restaurant which allows for the enhancement of you dining experience by bringing the wine you like. The owner checked with us to see if everything was to our satisfaction.
Well Done.

This is a fabulous local restaurant because attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the experience. Service and food is the best and even the choice of background music is enjoyable. Chef Ash is an expert chef and a gentleman. He’s always around greeting all his patrons and loves what he does. He’s genuine! BYOB and parking in lot is available.

I’ve been wanting to try this place so I finally convinced my husband on his birthday to have a dinner in this restaurant, but we were very disappointed ! Very pricy for tiny portion of meal . My husband’s coffee is just warm I asked For tea the water is boiling hot like it just came out from the microwave. Dining room was very cold on that night, my creme brûlée dessert has a lot of sugar granules in it as supposed to being caramilized! I don’t know,at least tried eating on this restaurant.
