Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. We LOVE Ghee! Until Ghee we ate Indian food one or two times a year. Now we go to Ghee several times a month. The food is spectacular. The servers are professional and knowledgeable about each item on the menu. We love the backyard pakora (which has ingredients from Niven Patels backyard), the charred corn, the Bell and Evans Tandoor Chicken to name a few. Any bread is delicious. Jose, the manager, and Jojo always make us feel special. The Wynwood Ghee is also wonderful!

The chicken parm was great but the penne had no flavor whatsoever. The bruschetta was also pretty bland and not that great. The bread was harder than it should be. However, the house bread was delicious!!! The service was also excellent.

The drinks were so good we had too many, although I realized that the day after when I woke up….but hey….it was worth the fun…. The food was very good, loved the spicy shrimps tacos, the mix of dumplings to share, the fried rice and the “massa” not sure if I’m spelling correctly, basically lechon, extremely tasty and tender. The music was a great plus, amazing artist and so generous, they were very entertaining, beautiful night. Highly recommend this place, I’m looking forward to go back again.

Minty Z is a one-of-a kind experience, serving plant-based dumplings, bao buns, noodles & more. The brainchild of chef Alex Falco & wife Minty Zhu, the plant-adorned eatery was named "Best Restaurant in Coconut Grove" by Miami New Times in 2021. You don’t have to be a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, flexitarian, or any other type-of-tarian to be blown away by their innovative and unique creations, extensive drink menu or sake-based cocktails. Juvia is a 10,000 square foot indoor/ outdoor restaurant and lounge on the penthouse level of the parking garage by Herzog & de Meuron at 1111 Lincoln Road. Owned and operated by Jonas and Alexandra Millan of Bonito St. Barth, Juvia's dining room features a vertical garden, designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc, which invokes the lushness of the Amazon rainforest. Chefs are: Sunny Oh, formerly of Nobu South Beach and Executive Pastry Chef Gregory Gourreau, who has worked with Alain Ducasse and Francois Payard. The duo serves a harmonious blend of the regional cuisines of Asia, the vibrant flavors of South America and classic French techniques in the form of ceviches, tiraditos, fresh seafood and prime meats.
