It was my moms 50th birthday and wanted the evening to be special. When we got there our seat wasn’t ideal.. so I had asked the hostess if it was possible to have a table with a view seeing as it was my mom’s special day! After two attempts she got us an amazing table with the view of the CN Tower. Couldn’t have been any happier with her willingness to help. The waitress we had was equally amazing; friendly, informative and even gave my mom a birthday dessert! The price was pretty decent considering we dined with 4 people and spent close to $300 including tip. Honestly thought I’d be spending more. Overall, I’ll be back :)

The Bow Valley Ranche is located at the end of Bow Bottom Trail SE, in Fish Creek Provincial Park, just follow the signs for Bow Valley Ranche.

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Please note that we do not take reservations for the patio.

This time we came here for brunch. Compared to the dinner last time, it was a bit noisy and busy today. We have ordered a Hart House breakfast and a Eggs benedict. The potato pieces were crunchy and delicious. The sausages and the ham were a bit too dry. But overall the ambience and the food are above average.

Took the family for New Years Day brunch. Good selection of menu items and also a kids menu though we ended up not ordering off it. Prices very reasonable and good portions, everyone enjoyed their meals. Don commented on his good the sausages were.

This has been & is one of my favourite restaurants for the past 15 yrs. I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

Uli’s is my favorite local restaurant. It’s where we choose to go for all celebrations, to take out of town guests, and for no occasion at all. All our family now ask to go there when we visit. I appreciate the gluten free options, the servers are always so nice, you can’t beat the view, and the food has always been delicious.

The service was exceptional. From the gentleman at the gate, to the manager/director that went out of his way to get me a validated parking voucher, to our server Tobias and his colleagues... Just all the times I’ve come here the food is outstanding. Combine that with lively ambience and fabulous friendly helpful staff and it’s a must when I’m visiting Ontario. Last evening was a bit cold at times but I get that it needs be that way for when it gets busy and full of humans. Always recommend Rust to anyone who asks for a place to go dine.

we were so impressed with the food selection and the amazing service! everything we tried was so delicious, and the staff were all more than welcoming. we had our one year old with us and the staff went out of the way to pay attention to her, and make us feel comfortable having a baby there. Our server was amazing. We have had the same gentleman the last two times we were in and he was great with checking my dinner was safe as a celiac and also suggesting great wines. When they were out of milk which my daughter requested he suggested a Shirley Temple which was great. Only complaint we had was we waited a long time for the bill but then saw on the table we could pay via credit card at the table. Would have been great to be told about this at the end of the meal or to receive a bill as we prefer to pay by debit.

Food was amazing. We had the roast chicken with goat cheese, chicken parm, bruschetta and Buffalo cauliflower. Service was great considering how busy they were. They needed more staff but thw staff that was there was very nice, took care of our orders and honestly were run off their feet. But they did an awesome job. We will go back again. Love the atmosphere.

It was our first time there with another couple and we all really enjoyed our dinner and waiter was great. Started with a pitcher of margaritas which was good (though couldn’t really taste the alcohol at all). Ordered Dos Amigos nachos, cactus dip and chicken taquitos (special) as apps and all were good. Ordered various tacos, crispy fish and crispy zucchini from the classic tacos which were really good. Also ordered from the Signature Tacos menu, the beef Birria (good), pork belly (good) and chipotle mango chicken (really good). Also shared Tres Leches and fried ice cream dessert which was delicious and kindly comped by our waiter as it was one of our party’s birthday! Will definitely go back!

We had reservations but had to wait about 20min when we got there for our table to be available. In the meantime, we were all offered a glass of prosecco as an apology. Our waiter was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable and gave great recommendations. One of our appetizers was sold out and the manager came by to apologize, offered an alternative and some foccacia to go along with it. Overall, great food and exceptional service. Highly recommend.
