The cinnamon toast latte is divine! Not too sweet either. I also ordered the chicken sandwich and it was good and big. My only complaint is that I came in at 10:45 for breakfast with a friend because online it said they are open for breakfast until 11am. But upon arrival, they weren't serving food at all! They said they would start taking lunch orders at 11:30am. So we drank lattes for 45 minutes until we could order food. A bit annoying, but everything was good, the hotel is so cute, and the service was actually great as well. I'd definitely go back... especially for that latte!

Service and food were great. One of the members in my party is gluten free and the server was well versed in which items on the menu were gluten free and which items could be adjusted upon request. The only food item we had a slight issue with was the risotto. It was incredibly salty. Overall a very good experience.

Originally known as Phoebe's Garden Café, the restaurant has a long and colorful history in Syracuse. Local lore claims that the building was originally a brothel, and Phoebe was its madam.
In the summer of 2004, Phoebe's experienced a refreshing makeover with a bright new look in the atrium dining room with fresh paint, new upholstery, and artwork. The coffee lounge also opened that year, and it became an instant hit with the surrounding university and business crowd. Those changes also warranted a new name to reflect the updated attitude and ambiance: Phoebe's Restaurant and Coffee Lounge. Classic elements of Phoebe's remain untouched—the French onion soup and enticing crème brulee, for example, but other menu items change seasonally.
The Lounge also has its own seating area and free wireless internet capabilities. Phoebe's old world charm is right at home in a revitalized area of the city.

Our waiter was so fun and nice and patient with us! It was the first time I’d gotten to see my friends in a while and I’m so happy we ended up somewhere with a waiter who would join in on our banter! Plus the food was amazing!

We had a lovely dinner at Goodstone, in spite of being 40 minutes late because of the shuttle back to the car from Christmas in Middleburg. The staff were very gracious about it and did not rush us through our meal. The filet was outstanding and the chef sent oysters to the table which I could not have due to allergies. He then sent out an amazing treat of oxtail in an eggshell that was absolutely delicious. Cheers to the chef! Our server, Brandon, was impeccable. He was attentive, made suggestions on courses, and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Love, love the quiet beauty of food and place. This time it took a bit long though for our orders to arrive. More than 30 minutes. Hoping that was just a one time occurrence as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal after it arrived although one chicken order was lukewarm. Too late to complain. Overall still a wonderful experience.
