Had a great meal, staff and service was excellent. The menu was simple and had a very good balance between fantastic meaty choices, great veg and sides, and a great fudge sundae. Excellent meat choice, didn't have to wait long for the next choice to come out. Was asked if there was any particular meats we wanted more of on a couple of occasions, waiting staff very attentive to customer's needs.
Everytime me and my family come here the staff are always friendly and very professional! The food is absolutely delicious and we never expect anything different! They have a great selection of drinks on the menu and the salad bar has a lot of selection too! I would definitely recommend if you love meat!

Wonderful, enjoyable evening, food and service excellent - will definitely go again. We dined early-ish which meant it wasn’t very busy. However, next time I would take a wrap/jacket as ac was fierce, it was 28 degrees outside, also meant food cooled quickly. Our dining experience was marred only by a very loud conversation and use of bad language by diners at another table which was a shame - appreciate not Gaucho’s fault.

The food is superb - interesting, unusual, beautifully presented but most important the depth of flavour is exquisite. The service is fantastic too balancing attentiveness without stuffiness. I feel like I'm in a posh persons front room and my friends are serving me. It's such a treat visiting Gauthier and just wish I could afford to go more often.

It was an amazing experience although the cocktails looked very nice they were quite small for the price that we were paying. Most cocktails were like an espresso size so that was a bit dissimilar although overall it was a great experience.

That they serve the best steak is a given (we had the porterhouse between 2 of us) but the cocktails are interesting and tasty (full-fat old fashioned with clarified butter anyone?) and the waiting staff are all lovely and attentive (without being hovery). Oh and the sides and desserts are great too. We’ll be back again once we have digested this meal (we probably don’t need to eat for the rest of the week).

One of our favourites, the theatre menu is a steel, the cooking is perfection, the service sublime and, with a view over the gaming tables, the ambience is simply wonderful.
Had lovely evening. Very busy restaurant. Definitely the best USDA reasonably priced steak in London. Great server, very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. My daughter had just graduated and I had mentioned this when I booked. The staff were all aware of this and were so kind with their congratulations to her. We had a wonderful meal with super service and my daughter also received a lovely surprise dessert and a beautiful graduation gift which was a lovely end to our meal. The Ivy and their staff know how to treat their customers with warmth kindness and excellent service. The food was amazing too. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

This branch isa regular. The standards have been meticulously maintained in all areas. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The only niggle is , and this applies others as well, is the complete lack of any noise dampening. With shiny floor and ceiling. A few small decorative but matte ceiling panels panels would improve it massively. I kinda get the ethos of noisy and busy creates a "feel" --but I disagree . Thanks anyway.
