Our Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli embraces a cosmopolitan approach, fishing from the Mediterranean for influence and sourcing locally for spectacular produce to celebrate on the plate.

Ask about our catch of the day and daily specials created using best-of-the-season produce. Executive Chef, Francesco Mannelli has produced a menu of simple dishes executed exceptionally well, presented with genuine hospitality and polished service.

Hello Mode Bar, It's my first visit but I enjoyed it together with my 2 girlfriend. It's my treat for them and they love it. My best friend's first time to experience the Italian delicious antipasto. I got to teach her how to eat my favourite prosciutto and cantaloupe. I enjoyed my cocktail too! We got served by very friendly young señore. I forgot his name but he has a nice moustache. It's like I'm back to Italy again... Arrivederci Luisa

Bookings are available for the Restaurant on the 1st floor. If you have 8 or more guests, a set menu and 10% gratuity apply. For non-exclusive parties of 8+ please enquire through our website.

The Private Dining room can be booked online for 8-10pax. There is a compulsory set menu and 10% service charge.

Please note if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the Brewhouse, this will be considered a cancellation. The Brewhouse and Forecourt on the ground floor are our bar areas. These spaces are available on a walk in basis for groups of 1-14 guests. We do not accept bookings online for the bar. The Brewhouse a la carte menu. For parties of 15+ please enquire at bookings@thesquireslanding.com.au - minimum spends apply. Please view the Restaurant and Brewhouse menu on our website as they differ.

10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. When applicable, this will be in addition to the advised menu prices in the booking stage.

The only flaw was Sir Richard Branson's giant cruise ship blocking half the view! The other reviews that say steaks are very nicely cooked are correct.

The comfortable chairs gives a more relaxing atmosphere which I really liked, and views of the Opera House and the Harbor Bridge made it more special. The staff were kind and friendly, and the food was also good! My favorite was the Sydney Rock Oysters and the salads! I was also surprised by the price, it wasn’t that expensive considering the location!

A great place by the harbour where the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I love discovering different wines on the menu here and the set menu takes the decision making out of a catch up and the plates keep on coming without feeling over full.
