Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's.

We had a wonderful meal at Cafè 1. Their staff were fantastic, always looking out for our needs, and very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu. We were there as a family of four as Early Birds, and we took advantage of that special menu, which was great value for money considering the quality of the food that is on offer at this restaurant. We have been touring Norway and Scotland for a while now, and this is the best meal we have had on our trip, thank you! Stand-outs reported by my daughters were the calamari entrees, and the carbonara. The soup was fantastic, as was a beef salad with chilli added for me. We definitely recommend this as a must-go if you are visiting Inverness. Cheers!

The vibe here is nineties / noughties retro, love it! Food is always good and this time a new twist with a welcome party and canapés with bottomless champagne. After about 45minutes we were shown to our table and the music and live entertainment carried on along with the champagne and food being served. Our first experience of omakase. Still thinking about the tastes and combinations 24 hrs later - really good sushi. Restaurant is fairly small but cosy. Very attentive staff - my glass was never less than full! Had some extra chicken karaage as not quite filling enough and that was something totally amazing - moist, soft, crispy, flavourful. This was by far the best food I have had in my entire life. The food was astoundingly good, I had the scallops and the prawn spring rolls and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. Our waiter, cannot remember his name which is frustrating was also the best! Fantastic suggestions, great conversation and just overall a lovely person to have serve you throughout the night. I would advise everyone to go to this restaurant at least once and you will not be disappointed!

First time eating at Hawksmoor Manchester and it definitely did not disappoint. All of the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Our server was absolutely brilliant and he explained the menu to us in so much detail. The food was 10/10 and the atmosphere was great. We received outstanding service from Kyle last night, he was very attentive and helpful. The food was absolutely lovely and paired with a fabulous atmosphere which made The Ivy Asia the perfect place to celebrate my partner and I’s Anniversary. A desert plate was brought out free of charge with a message for my partner on the plate which topped off the experience. A slightly more expensive outing than usual however this is to be expected and the food quality, service and experience was worth it - especially for a celebration. We would definitely return!

Always a great experience at The fabulous Mandarin restaurant. Full tables as always so it’s essential to book if you want to dine at this very popular venue. My parents first brought me to dine here in the 1970s and been going back ever since. Food is always hot and top quality. As always, lunch at the Britannia was very enjoyable. There was a new menu since our last visit, which was very welcome. The herb souffle was super, and the partridge dish was rich and tasty. Tempura prawns were good but lacked some spicy sauce, and the dressed crab was mediocre.

The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham.

Run by chef proprietor, Simon Hulstone and his wife Katy. Food is cooked by a talented team of chefs and served by friendly, professional team of staff.

Due to the style of cooking we cannot produce dairy free menus & therefore cannot provide vegan options.

The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!

What a fabulous spacious unique restaurant, way in excess of what we expected. Our waitress, Vaishnavi, was so pleasant as were the rest of the staff. The restaurant is perfect if you are visiting the Palace Theatre which was just across the road. We will definitely come back again.

Such an unexpected gem. Hidden away on a side street, the food, service and ambience all fantastic. Haven't had such a delightful restaurant experience in a long time. It was a birthday, which helped me to swallow the 50 per person no drinks. I appreciate that this has become quite normal recently and I'm sure they do what they can to keep costs down, but it kept me from giving five stars. That said, we ate well, are big eaters, and every dish was fantastic. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely Sunday lunch, great choices from traditional roast, fish to veggie. Great service as always, we always prefer tables on the ground floor. Highly recommend.

Zafferano first opened in the heart of London’s exclusive Belgravia area in 1995.

Since then, the awards and accolades have continued to pour in each year and the restaurant has achieved some of the best restaurant reviews written.

Zafferano has been acclaimed time and again for its honest wholesome take on Italian cuisine, with dishes like ‘Malfatti’ Pasta Parcels with potato and morel mushroom, Lobster and langoustine sautéed with ‘samphire’ and also Roast ‘Fiorentina’ T-bone Steak with herb salad.
There is also an elegant bar offering a selection of cocktail, aperitifs and digestive as well as a bar menu with a mouth watering choice of regional Italian favourites.

We enjoy this place and are repeat customers. I have used it for business dinners as well. The food is very, very good. The service is impeccable. It is a place you can hear your table mates without shouting. It is a very classy, classic Italian.

In 1976 local musician and entrepreneur Harvey Platt had the idea to bring a slice of America to Norwich after working for and with the American war machine in South East Asia and a later visit to San Francisco to meeting up with former musician buddies.
Harvey had the opportunity to purchase an old café caravan situated on Castle Meadow Norwich next to the old cattle market.
Zaks opened in May 1976 serving the now famous chargrilled burgers in the “Original Zaks Caravan” wrapped in tin foil and cooked fresh to order in the American tradition.
If it is an authentic American dining experience you are looking for then Zaks is your kind of place. Burger, ribs and chicken are standards on our menu. Add to this succulent steaks, amazing desserts and a huge selection of authentic drinks (including shakes).

MERE is husband and wife team, Monica and David Galetti's first restaurant.
Spread over two floors, this Fitzrovia-based restaurant is the brainchild of Monica Galetti who is featuring as a judge on the BBC's MasterChef The Professionals.
The restaurant itself serves a variety of traditional Pacific Island delicacies that have been delicately created by Monica and Sven our Head Chef.
Nestled above the spacious basement restaurant is the bar, managed by our Mixologist Glenn, which serves an array of delectable cocktails.
Monica's husband, David , is in charge of the Front of House at Mere with his Restaurant Manager Eugenio, and using his years of experience as an expert sommelier to create a wine selection along side his head Sommelier Alex that perfectly balances with the seasonal dishes on offer.
