Thé staff were great! The venue was very comfortable and they st us in comfortable table by the window as I had asked in my online reservation. The magical mushroom burger was magic. Very delicious and we enjoyed our time. The waitress was just right with service. She gave us space but was there in a timely manner! Thank -you 19!

Amal never disappoints. This is my go to whenever I have people visiting for out of town. Visited recently for a business dinner and it was a great experience. Food was amazing as always and the service was first class

Awesome. The staff helped deal with my 2 y.o. niece, who likes to twirl in the middle of the dining room. All of the room was awesome, the room with the roast beef/bacon/eggs Benedict was regularly re-stocked, and help was available. The Oyster bar was slightly slow, but did not really attract from the experience, since it was delicious. A++++

This restaurant is amazing, it’s boujie and very high class so the prices are higher but the food is just as high quality and the service and ambiance are all top notch. It is worthwhile to come here on any occasion.

Blackshop! used to be 100% dependable for excellent food. We did not find that to be the case this visit. The food was not as good as previously, and some favourites were missing. No schnitzel or palachinky. The baked cheese was not tasty as before. All menu options were expensive, there were no lighter or less costly options making it uncomfortable for a group. Specifically, the duck confit was far over cooked and incredibly fatty. The leg was dark brown and crispy all the way through which is indicative of being done to death. Disappointing but we will try again another time to see if this was an anomaly.

It was our first time there with another couple and we all really enjoyed our dinner and waiter was great. Started with a pitcher of margaritas which was good (though couldn’t really taste the alcohol at all). Ordered Dos Amigos nachos, cactus dip and chicken taquitos (special) as apps and all were good. Ordered various tacos, crispy fish and crispy zucchini from the classic tacos which were really good. Also ordered from the Signature Tacos menu, the beef Birria (good), pork belly (good) and chipotle mango chicken (really good). Also shared Tres Leches and fried ice cream dessert which was delicious and kindly comped by our waiter as it was one of our party’s birthday! Will definitely go back!

The service was exceptional. From the gentleman at the gate, to the manager/director that went out of his way to get me a validated parking voucher, to our server Tobias and his colleagues... Cider and service was good but food was a little lacklustre. The hummus was good as were the brussel sprouts. Steak was tender but side potato dish was underwhelming. Overall the cider is well worth it to return. Selection was fantastic.

Very good service. We attended at 5pm to celebrate Xmas between friends and we learned that there was only one personne serving the tables. She did really well and even got helped by the staff from the kitchen. Real team work, way to go! as usual, food was delicious. thank yhou.

The food and the service was great. However, we were seated next to a service entrance and very close to a rather noisy party. It all felt rather jammed in, like an extra table had been forced in where there really wasn’t room. On our next visit, we will request a table in the front room.

The brunch at Marcus is always good. The ambiance is very good and it is perfect for catching up with friends. The only thing that is not good is the inflexibility to change tables. I did not like where they sat me and the staff told me they couldn't change my place although I could see other tables available.

The Mic Mac Bar & Grill is a family-owned business that began in 1963. At that time, all of the meals were made by the owner’s wife who, incidentally, started off with no experience.

By 1966, Mic Mac Bar & Grill had become a local watering hole for men, but ladies arrived on the scene in 1974. The Mic Mac Beverage Room has become famous for its delicious home-cooked meals, especially its steaks, and provides excellent dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Took the family for New Years Day brunch. Good selection of menu items and also a kids menu though we ended up not ordering off it. Prices very reasonable and good portions, everyone enjoyed their meals. Don commented on his good the sausages were.

This has been & is one of my favourite restaurants for the past 15 yrs. I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

Sunday brunch is a must if you haven’t tried it. Every time seems better than the previous. Side salad is always fresh with gourmet touches and a light flavourful vinaigrette. The seating at the Ritz although plush and cozy is not ideal for tea sipping. Furthermore, there was a draft in the area making it quite cold and uncomfortable. The cold air was coming from the vents and not the front door. Overall we enjoyed the experience, but the cost for high tea and a mimosa averaged $100pp + tip + Valet, rendering it a very expensive outing that will not likely occur in the very near future.

Our group of 7 were there for a team dinner and we were promptly seated and our server came shortly after. The food is very good and the ambience was cozy and quiet enough for us to have a conversation. We went on a Tuesday night and there was live acoustic music. The artist was very good, not too loud. The Story Cafe is one our company's go to spots for business functions.
