Thé staff were great! The venue was very comfortable and they st us in comfortable table by the window as I had asked in my online reservation. The magical mushroom burger was magic. Very delicious and we enjoyed our time. The waitress was just right with service. She gave us space but was there in a timely manner! Thank -you 19!

Christine and Daniel are amazing servers and they will always make you feel special. The menu tonight was outstanding! Our appetizer was Classic beef and salmon gravlax with caviar, slivers of pickled beet with maple! Spectacular! The next course was the chef’s grilled specialty - a melt in your mouth beefsteak and a cut I’ve never had before in my life. The side was prime rib stuffed in a baked potato with an old cheese. It was F’n fabulous! To complete the tableau was the return of their desert bar, hallelujah! Those cream puffs are to die for! Their wine selection is impressive and immense. The servers really pair your meals exceptionally. We used to visit Aröme twice a month, (for the past eight years) however with inflation, rise in prices and factoring cost cutting measures we can only afford once a month now. We are grateful to Christine, Daniel and all the servers we know and love to treat us like family when we visit. Thank you so much.

Our waitress was fantastic. She made our visit memorable and to forgive that chef for overdoing the warming of my buttermilk biscuit (had as a rock) but did not want to fuss at the time as the rest of my BH breakfast was great. My friend enjoyed his eggs/avocado Benedict.

We celebrated my friend’s 50th. They made her feel so special. The food was excellent (as always). Highly recommend the tasting menu for two. Such great value!! Positively delicious! I’ll be back, it’s officially my go-to spot for special nights out.

Bonterra is one of our go-to restaurants, the food is always amazing and the ambience is excellent! I usually go during warmer weather to sit on the best patio in Calgary, but new years day in Calgary is not conducive to dining al fresco :-) so this was my first time dining inside - not as lovely as the patio of course but it was still very nice. The food was so good - there was 6 of us for a birthday dinner and so we were able to try a good variety of items on the menu, everything was well prepared and delicious, and the Bartender's Baby cocktail special was a big hit. Best of all was our server, she was an absolute delight and very attentive and friendly (without overdoing it).

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

I’ve been a chop customer all across western Canada and now thankfully in the GTA. What is unique to chop is their Alberta beef sold in all their stores across the nation. What is also unique is their consistency. I have never had to send a steak back because it was improperly cooked (unlike the keg). The flavour of every menu item is always perfection in my experience so they have mastered consistency and that is special these days. Service, always excellent and consistent as well. Out server was friendly and attentive. The Chop is head and shoulders above the rest of the steakhouses in and around the GTA. I can’t be positive enough with respect to Chop.

It was our first time there with another couple and we all really enjoyed our dinner and waiter was great. Started with a pitcher of margaritas which was good (though couldn’t really taste the alcohol at all). Ordered Dos Amigos nachos, cactus dip and chicken taquitos (special) as apps and all were good. Ordered various tacos, crispy fish and crispy zucchini from the classic tacos which were really good. Also ordered from the Signature Tacos menu, the beef Birria (good), pork belly (good) and chipotle mango chicken (really good). Also shared Tres Leches and fried ice cream dessert which was delicious and kindly comped by our waiter as it was one of our party’s birthday! Will definitely go back!

Went there for brunch. The eggs Benedict were excellent. Totally recommend it. The place is spacious and nicely decorated. Great location too.

We went to Firestone as a family and enjoyed desserts and drinks. It was a fun atmosphere. The desserts were large in protion and very delicious. The servers were friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!

It was our first visit and certainly not our last. We dined on the Sept.16th, a day before the seasonal shut down. Our experience started with a pleasant greeting by the hostess and were sat shortly after. For the most part the staff seemed quite pleasant and there was a positive vibe felt throughout. Our server, Theressa, was such a pleasant addition to this positive experience, with her professional, yet non intrusive approach. The food and drinks were well prepared and well priced. Kudos to the kitchen and bar staff. Great weather+great view+great service+great food+great energy =Loyal customers. We’ll definitely be back next year and frequent your location on a regular basis. Thanks again to the ownership, Theressa and the whole staff.

Started off with the warm oysters and apple, leek with shredded potatoes and the burratta! Every single bite was to die for! Continued with the pasta and rabbit and the pork chop with brussel sprouts and semi sweet demi glaze. The evening was fabulous, the service impeccable and I will keep coming back.

We were very impressed with the entire experience. It is not an inexpensive restaurant, but then again, it is a steak house. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional (Jake was our primary server), and the ambiance was great for our family of five, with 3 teenagers. It was a great way to finish off our ski vacation to Whistler/Blackcomb!

Our server was apologetic and tried their best to rectify food quality problems. Both my partner and I on a date night had food so rock hard the fork bounced off it rather than being able to pick up the items. We were also unable to chew it. Also Iprefer soup that is warm not hot which worked well as the soup was served between tepid and warm. A table with very young boisterous children were seated in an area of couples looking for a date night experience although there were other more public areas

I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

Our server was very attentive and helpful. It was a quiet day at the restaurant but she kept busy. The portion was huge for a brunch. I had the braised beef and it was delicious, but I couldn’t finish it. If the portions were just a little smaller, maybe the price could be less a couple of dollars, it would still be great value and less potential for food wastage for people with normal sized appetites :D

What a spectacular evening! We were sat in a lovely quiet private dining room. The ambience was quaint and cozy and the room had a gas fireplace and seating area as well as the dining area. The service was impeccable and our server was knowledgeable and lovely. The dinner was well thought out and delicious. We did the wine pairings as well as a few of us opted for the upgraded pairing and we were able to compare. Overall a great night out with friends and Mission Hill made the birthdays that we were celebrating even a bit more elevated and special.

We were a bit disappointed with a couple of our courses. The Carrot Ginger soup was too heavily spiced (other than the ginger). The steak entree was a fine piece of beef and cooked properly medium rare. However it was smothered with a sauce that was way too heavy with the black pepper. Spoiled the dish.
