Evan, our waiter greeted us with a happy Anniversary. Spoke about the specials and served us a bottle of wine we ordered. He was great with timing and being attentive. Our conversation with him was like an old friend! Complimentary dessert which we didn’t realize until we received the bill. Thank you Evan for the great service and the chefs for a great meal!

We always enjoy Ascari and last night was no exception. The food is great, we love the wine list and the service was perfect! The only complaint I have is that it’s a bit chilly in the restaurant during the winter months. Other than that it’s always a great dinner out.

My spouse and I visited the Mill for our annual Christmas date, and once again it never failed us. Our waiter Reuben was fantastic, very knowledgable of every item on the menu right down to the ingredients. We had a spectacular table for two overlooking the water falls, what ambience!!! The Old Surrey Restaurant is Surrey’s best well- kept secret. Built in 1918, it was the residence of Lou Jack and his household until it was converted into a restaurant in 1974.

The interior has a crisp, clean aesthetic that is enhanced by hardwood floors and the enlarged photos of historic Surrey that adorn the walls. There are five distinct dining areas on the top floor (including a cozy library) and a banquet facility downstairs. The cuisine is French with a splash of West Coast flare. A treat for new and seasoned guests alike are the signature dishes that are prepared and flambeed tableside.

The restaurant is family owned and operated since 1975. Since 1984 the restaurant has entered into a partnership with the family farm in Ryder Lake overlooking Chilliwack from the nearby mountains. The Old Surrey is well known for its free-range lamb and veal allowing customers to enjoy fresh organic ingredients.

We were recommended by our friend and boy, are we glad we came. The food was amazing and our servers were attentive and friendly. It was an enjoyable evening from start to finish. Recommend the tableside Caesar salad and crepes suzette. We would definitely come back again.

Make this a destination when in Vancouver. Travelling from the UK we were given the place as a must go to, by a Canadian friend and it didn’t disappoint. Great staff, wine list carefully created and the sommelier helped us find the perfect match for our food, and the food was perfect, two of our group had a pasta dish which they raved about, my friend and I had the pork belly special that was cooked perfectly. The ambience is buzzy but not overbearing, people waxing lyrical about the food no doubt. Will return if ever back in Vancouver !

Everything, from the staff to the food, was outstanding. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The portion sizes are the perfect size and all of the food we ate was perfectly seasoned and cooked. They have these in house made pickles and pickled rhubarb that are both an absolute must try. Their mustard is another must try. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely amazing and very delicious! Will definitely be eating there again.

The Press Gang is a wonderful restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent and ambiance was lovely, especially on a chilly night in Halifax. There were a couple of issues with the service: the server put in the wrong order for our first course and then forgot who had ordered what when the main dishes came--neither of which are big big deals, obviously, although both incidents did feel like noticeable interruptions precisely because the service was otherwise extremely good. Overall, definitely worth a visit, particularly if you're in the market for quality without pretension.

Just fabulous. We will be back. We chose the “feed me” option from the menu. It will be the only way we order in subsequent visits! This option has you blind to what plates will arrive in front of you, some were not listed on the menu. Every single dish was beautiful and scrumptious. The entire experience was more than we had expected and we had a wonderful evening. Reservations are a must as seating is limited.

Uli's Restaurant is a White Rock institution. Opened in 1986 by Uli Blume, it was one of White Rock's original waterfront restaurants and quickly became a favourite among locals for its great food and friendly atmosphere. Uli's son Tyson took over operations in 2008 and he picked up right where his father left off – providing the White Rock waterfront with a fun and relaxed place to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, stunning water views, refreshingly simple food, an extensive international beer list, and a diverse selection of wines. Welcome to Agrius - a unique dining experience in which we offer a rotating dinner menu showcasing local, organic ingredients as well as our full pizza menu.

Our bread is baked in-house from our own stone milled red fife wheat. We have an in-house butcher and work closely with our friends at Farm and Field butchers. We work with small-scale local farms, and use only sustainable fisheries.

Dinner is available seven days a week after 5:30pm and pizza is available every day of the week for takeout. We offer brunch Saturday and Sunday's from 9:30am-2pm (no reservations). We can't wait to see you!
