Excellent meal at Alpina. We both have 2 different versions of the schnitzel and they were both excellent. Spaetzle and mushroom sauce was super authentic having eaten in Germany before. Pappardelle was cooked perfectly and the hand cut beef tartare was melt in your mouth. We also had an amazing view from our table. Would definitely dine here again.

The best meal I’ve had in a long time. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lively. Some people I’ve seen complained about the noise but we found it wonderful - it felt like a lovely bar in Barcelona. We’re from Ottawa and coming back on November — 100 percent we are coming back! The flight of dessert wine was the perfect way to end this birthday meal, and the wine recommendation from the sommelier was perfect.

We had a wonderful lunch at Elora Mill. We chose Elora as a day trip so we could wander and sightsee. And of course so we could see the gorge. One of our guests was visiting from Australia. We loved the little shops in town and we were luckily enough to visit when the town was celebrating fall and Halloween. The sculptures were so unique and interesting. And the decorations in town and at the restaurant were gorgeous. Having lunch at the Mill was absolutely the cherry on the top of our great day. Staff was so attentive and kind. Food was fantastic. I had the pasta - delicious. Enjoying our meal with a wonderful glass of wine -overlooking the gorge - was just the perfect way to enjoy a few hours with friends. I highly recommend visiting the Elora Mill. You will love it!

Yesturday I was able to take my parents that are in their 80s to enjoy a beautiful lunch on a perfect day. It was easy for my father to navigate with his walker around the property. The Two course meal was so delicious, my father had the steak, my Mother enjoyed the Salmon. We then finished it off with their famous sticky toffee pudding desert! What an amazing experience. Every mouthful was sublime. Texture, flavour and presentation were next level. The trout was the best I’ve ever eaten. Service was impeccable. The food is just beautiful in every way, superbly presented with colour and style, the strawberry dessert was perfect, not too sweet and so refreshing after the meal. I just savoured every mouthful. I’m one of the fussiest eaters around as I’m a good cook and most of the time I’m disappointed when I eat out. This meal exceeded my expectations and I loved every mouthful. Can’t recommend highly enough. If I lived in Montréal I’d come here every week! It’s not often you find a restaurant that ticks all the boxes.

We have always enjoyed our meals at Miijidaa. Tonight was no exception. We had the fried goat cheese and while it was delicious on its own, the accompaniments made it outstanding! The steak was perfectly cooked and the trout was fantastic. They were also very accommodating of my food intolerances and offered some wonderful alternatives. And of course, the chocolate peanut butter pie was the perfect ending. Our server was lovely and friendly, as was the rest of the staff. A wonderful meal, served by lovely people in a relaxed setting. What is not to love?!?

The Old Surrey Restaurant is Surrey’s best well- kept secret. Built in 1918, it was the residence of Lou Jack and his household until it was converted into a restaurant in 1974.

The interior has a crisp, clean aesthetic that is enhanced by hardwood floors and the enlarged photos of historic Surrey that adorn the walls. There are five distinct dining areas on the top floor (including a cozy library) and a banquet facility downstairs. The cuisine is French with a splash of West Coast flare. A treat for new and seasoned guests alike are the signature dishes that are prepared and flambeed tableside.

The restaurant has been family-owned and operated since 1974 and in 1984 the restaurant has entered into a partnership with the family farm in Ryder Lake overlooking Chilliwack from the nearby mountains. The Old Surrey is well known for its free-range lamb and veal allowing customers to enjoy fresh organic ingredients.

Make this a destination when in Vancouver. Travelling from the UK we were given the place as a must go to, by a Canadian friend and it didn’t disappoint. Great staff, wine list carefully created and the sommelier helped us find the perfect match for our food, and the food was perfect, two of our group had a pasta dish which they raved about, my friend and I had the pork belly special that was cooked perfectly. The ambience is buzzy but not overbearing, people waxing lyrical about the food no doubt. Will return if ever back in Vancouver !

We had the tasting menu and I added the lobster linguine . We also had the wine pairings. Each course was outstanding and the wine pairing were spot on. Service was exceptional. The lobster linguine might be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten in a 2 star Michelin restaurant.

Valley Restaurant is a hidden gem. Amazing food, service and ambiance. It’s a quaint Italian restaurant-off the mainstream, locals versus touristsy crowd. Best veal parmigiana ever and fresh, in house made pillowy gnocchi to die for. Will be going back next visit. It takes you by surprise!!

Vineland Estates was an amazing place for dinner and a tasting! The staff were all super friendly, the setting is very scenic set in the rolling hills of the escarpment overlooking Lake Ontario. The wines were very good and the restaurant is a hidden gem, very glad to have found this winery!

We were seated quickly (but had made a reservation online). The service was attentive and quick. David was our waiter. They left us alone to chat and took our order when we were ready. They were able to accommodate a food allergy. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I always enjoy West Plains Bistro. The decor is lovely. It's my 'go to' place for a nice lunch or dinner, in the West end of Burlington.

Welcome to Agrius - a unique dining experience in which we offer a rotating dinner menu showcasing local, organic ingredients as well as our full pizza menu.

Our bread is baked in-house from our own stone milled red fife wheat. We have an in-house butcher and work closely with our friends at Farm and Field butchers. We work with small-scale local farms, and use only sustainable fisheries.

Dinner is available seven days a week after 5:30pm and pizza is available every day of the week for takeout. We offer brunch Saturday and Sunday's from 9:30am-2pm (no reservations). We can't wait to see you!
