The food and service are consistently good at Agricola Street Brasserie. The burger is out of this world. We noted that it was our Anniversary on our reservation and they brought over a complimentary glass of champagne for each of us, which was so thoughtful and appreciated.

We had a fantastic time at Bar Lupulus. We ordered two cheeses, the BBQ beef and the bucatini. The food was delicious, the presentation gorgeous and the portions just right. As a foodie, I was impressed by the creativity and choice on the menu. Creativity of the menu was well above average. We were allowed to bring a bottle of non alcoholic wine and were charged a reasonable corkage fee. We really appreciated that! Loved the ambience. Our server was fantastic, charming, and attentive. Will definitely return when we are back in Ottawa.

Always enjoy Happy Hour at B&B. However, our last visit the Happy Hour food menu has changed. It's more limited now with mostly pizzas. And the expressed 2 hour limit on your table still grates a bit. Good, but not as good as it was, alas.

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. The food service and drinks were by far the best we have had in the Calgary area. The bartenders make an amazing dirty vodka martini. A must try drink is their chi espresso salted caramel martini. One of our dinner guests has fairly severe food allergies and intolerances. The chef was able to make suggestions and modifications while personally preparing her meal to ensure she would not get sick. The whole experience was a 10/10. We will be back very soon.

Busy and popular spot. Sat lounge side this time. Nice cocktail menu with bartenders who know how to make a drink. Was a big beef night for our table, Prime Rib, Rib Eye, sirloin, and house salad with steak. All very nice. Portions are decent but not big--side dishes are moderate and salad appetizer on the small side. But all were good quality and tasty. Ambiance of the place is that it is a hustling and popular venue.

Steak was cooked to perfection and delicious! We had the French fries and they were amazing. Crunchy and a lot of them! Dirty martini was just ok. I would chose a featured drink if I would go again. Service was excellent and server was very kind and upbeat. I definitely recommend.

We ate in the lounge, it was stunning and cosy, how can it be both? I don’t know but it was. Every dish was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and kind. Honestly, I’m not from the area but I’ll make the trek again someday just to visit Greystones. This restaurant deserves all the praise I can heap upon it. I get around and I’m frustratingly picky, I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with a dining experience. Can I give more stars? All the stars for Greystones, take some stars from other reviews if you must :)

this was a business dinner and the server did a great job of coming in and out at the appropriate times. The fish of the day was the Halibut, it was ok. My only negative comment was the Valet Service. He did not bring car to the front door, he mad the right turn onto Bay Street, parked the car and got out. I had to walk down the block to my car. For $21, the car should at least be brought to the front door.

The service was fantastic, our server went above and beyond. The food was delicious and paired beautifully with a dry red our server recommended. We enjoyed the meatballs as an appetizer and they were spectacular. We ordered the Salmon and Lamb. Both were wonderful. The risotto was my fave. One diner has extensive food allergies and they accommodated those requests graciously, and offered alternatives, going to speak with the chef to confirm. It was a genuinely lovely experience thanks especially to our server. We will absolutely be back!

La Fabrique was excellent. We started with very well prepared pork and duck rillettes, followed by beef tartare and grilled lamb. The grilled lamb dish was highlighted with the watermelon salad that complemented the seasoning so well. Definitely recommend for memorable meal.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Lot Six. Very good cocktails. Nice wine and beer with meal. Food was good but nothing special. One of our servers was a young gentleman originally from Newfoundland who was extremely kind, helpful and informative. If you’re looking for a 5 star meal this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere you would be hard pressed to find a better spot. We enjoyed our evening and would return again.

Always a pleasant dining experience at Major Tom. Have frequented the establishment for business lunch and dinners, dates, and special occasions. Personally a favourite in Calgary. I would recommend any visitor to go to Major Tom if they’re looking for a solid steak dinner. Some favourites from their menu are potato donuts, porterhouse, and potato puree.

One of the best dinner i’ve ever had! My boyfriend was so happy with the overall experience. Everything that we ordered from the starters to the main dish was sumptuous and all worth the price. The Old Surrey Restaurant is Surrey’s best well- kept secret. Built in 1918, it was the residence of Lou Jack and his household until it was converted into a restaurant in 1974.

The interior has a crisp, clean aesthetic that is enhanced by hardwood floors and the enlarged photos of historic Surrey that adorn the walls. There are five distinct dining areas on the top floor (including a cozy library) and a banquet facility downstairs. The cuisine is French with a splash of West Coast flare. A treat for new and seasoned guests alike are the signature dishes that are prepared and flambeed tableside.

The restaurant has been family-owned and operated since 1974 and in 1984 the restaurant has entered into a partnership with the family farm in Ryder Lake overlooking Chilliwack from the nearby mountains. The Old Surrey is well known for its free-range lamb and veal allowing customers to enjoy fresh organic ingredients.

Wow! We just moved to the Lindsay area and some friends had recommended the restaurant! They said it was a very nice restaurant and boy were they right. We were greeted by a nice young lady and she sat us at great table and our server was so nice and attentive. The food was outstanding, I had a Hawaiian pizza with pulled pork on it, sooooo good and my husband had a chicken sandwich which he can’t stop talking about! Their cocktail menu had some nice drinks on it, I had the berry sangria, I felt like I was back in Spain. We will definitely be repeat customers, that’s for sure.

Such a great meal for our special occasion, this establishment never disappoints with its constant consistency in service,food & beverage. The porterhouse is a show stopper at 40oz of prime usda beef! Easily met to share along with the larger portion of side dish options that match a classic steakhouse palate so come hungry! The key lime pie was remarkable with such a soft texture and perfect sourness of lime. This is my fourth time at The Good Son. I love the ambience and I find the food very good. On my last visit for dinner, our server (I think his name was Emir or something like that) was excellent. Friendly without being too friendly - he had a real genuine warmth and smile, that felt authentic. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful service! Stan was our man and he made a great recommendation for our dinner wine. Strip steak was delicious, linguine and lobster delicious and the appetizer of strawberry jam on toast with chicken liver was gourmet! The local homemade butter was soooo delicious.
