Christine and Daniel are amazing servers and they will always make you feel special. The menu tonight was outstanding! Our appetizer was Classic beef and salmon gravlax with caviar, slivers of pickled beet with maple! Spectacular! The next course was the chef’s grilled specialty - a melt in your mouth beefsteak and a cut I’ve never had before in my life. The side was prime rib stuffed in a baked potato with an old cheese. It was F’n fabulous! To complete the tableau was the return of their desert bar, hallelujah! Those cream puffs are to die for! Their wine selection is impressive and immense. The servers really pair your meals exceptionally. We used to visit Aröme twice a month, (for the past eight years) however with inflation, rise in prices and factoring cost cutting measures we can only afford once a month now. We are grateful to Christine, Daniel and all the servers we know and love to treat us like family when we visit. Thank you so much.

Bathrooms are horrible and someone else’s food was delivered to us and after 5 minutes delivered same food to another table. In this era of covid, those salads should have been disposed and remade.

Bonterra is one of our go-to restaurants, the food is always amazing and the ambience is excellent! I usually go during warmer weather to sit on the best patio in Calgary, but new years day in Calgary is not conducive to dining al fresco :-) so this was my first time dining inside - not as lovely as the patio of course but it was still very nice. The food was so good - there was 6 of us for a birthday dinner and so we were able to try a good variety of items on the menu, everything was well prepared and delicious, and the Bartender's Baby cocktail special was a big hit. Best of all was our server, she was an absolute delight and very attentive and friendly (without overdoing it).

The food is authentically Italian and a great choice of dishes. . We had a wonderful dinner of home made gnudi and tagliatelle with pesto and burrata - delicious salata mista with crunchy greens and shaved fennel to start. Tasty panna cotta to finish. Lovely ambience and good service!

I’ve been a chop customer all across western Canada and now thankfully in the GTA. What is unique to chop is their Alberta beef sold in all their stores across the nation. What is also unique is their consistency. I have never had to send a steak back because it was improperly cooked (unlike the keg). The flavour of every menu item is always perfection in my experience so they have mastered consistency and that is special these days. Service, always excellent and consistent as well. Out server was friendly and attentive. The Chop is head and shoulders above the rest of the steakhouses in and around the GTA. I can’t be positive enough with respect to Chop.

The food is the best in Orangeville, hands down! The ambience is very romantic and classy. The aesthetic is warm and cozy. It was my moms 50th birthday and wanted the evening to be special. When we got there our seat wasn’t ideal.. so I had asked the hostess if it was possible to have a table with a view seeing as it was my mom’s special day! After two attempts she got us an amazing table with the view of the CN Tower. Couldn’t have been any happier with her willingness to help. The waitress we had was equally amazing; friendly, informative and even gave my mom a birthday dessert! The price was pretty decent considering we dined with 4 people and spent close to $300 including tip. Honestly thought I’d be spending more. Overall, I’ll be back :)

I had a great time as we celebrated my friends birthday. The food tasted great and our server Vince was excellent. The night was great from the appetizer to our mains, to our dessert. The mussels were so great. I recommend the Barata cheese appetizer. So much flavour. We’ll be back.

Super fun experience, food came out fast, perfect size portions for sharing. Great for a date night but would also be a great vibe for a larger party. Drinks were really good, lots of variety. Would go back :)

Great experience. We had several rounds of Tapas and Cocktails. The service intervals were perfect. Was Jan 1st and there was still an energetic atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. Smaller portions for those used to American sized servings. Will definitely come back.

I love brunch at Pier 7 - just hard to choose between the Avocado Bennie, the Smoked Salmon Bennie and the decadent chick and waffles or pancakes. This time we had a group of 9 and the staff made a great table for us on the outdoor, very much heated, patio. Our server was friendly, efficient, and regular showed up to refresh our coffee or get us more drinks. And of course, the view of the harbour is fantastic.

This has been & is one of my favourite restaurants for the past 15 yrs. I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

We do find this restaurant becoming really expensive now. But we continue to return. Just not as often. Food is excellent. Staff are great. We enjoyed our evening.

We had a lovely experience on New Year's Day at Victor. Only a few issues where our water glasses weren't topped up on the regular and I had a small filet mignon that was completely burnt on top and bottom which was disappointing for the value of it. The brussel sprouts were a bit spicier than we bargained for, but all in all an excellent experience and excellent service! Thank you.
