Always, a wonderful dinner there. This was the second time we dined at Bistro Elba. We wanted to come back because the food was very good and the service, too. We were not dissappointed; glad that we made the right decision

We went expecting something nice and got far more. Wonderful ambience, delicious food, and a cheerful hostess, Julia. Everyone was nice. We ordered cured kingfish, seafood linguine, gnocchi, fish of the day, sorbeto and gelato. Every bite has kept me reeling even now. Emerge was established in February of 2019.  This restaurant focuses on steak and features wagyu, full blood wagyu, 100% grass fed as well as in house dry aged steaks.  Emerge can feature up to 10 steaks of various cuts at anyone time. Although a steakhouse Emerge doesn’t leave anyone behind.  It really does have something for everyone.  Using mainly proteins, vegetables and local artisan suppliers, the simplicity of the menu is naturally driven towards being gluten free.  For this reason, Emerge is a popular location for coeliacs to safely dine.  Although we refer to Emerge as using simple ingredients flavour is not lacking! 

Emerge is a sister venue to the c up-and-coming restaurant Conclude.

Emerge is not fine dining but something special.  The atmosphere is warm and friendly yet moody and intimate.  Open lunch & dinner Monday- Saturday, book on in and enjoy!

It beats Parker’s and Squires Loft hands down , great food and great service is all customers want and deserve and that’s what Emerge gives, we will be back with family and friends again and again , maybe just add the baked garlic mushrooms with feta as an entree/side dish to the mains

My wife and I went there last night for our anniversary and had a memorable evening. The wait staff were very personable and made a lasting impression. The food was perfect and made as requested. The surroundings were as you'd expect dining in the Hilton. We would go back again.

The restaurant itself is a lovely atmosphere, the lighting and table size is perfect. Now the menu is the problem, there simply isn’t enough time or stomach room to try it all. The food is incredible, fresh and locally sourced. The staff are so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, drinks are refilled almost as soon as they are finished and the art pieces are wonderfully spread through. I will happily travel back to Tasmania just to eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the bottomless lunch & the experience was fantastic. Our server, Andrea, was fabulous, explained the menu perfectly & kept our drinks topped up throughout our lunch. The food, OMG so delicious & the fish we both had for main was cooked to perfection! My mouth still waters thinking about it! We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is just amazing! From the amazing food to the wonderful staff everything is superb! Every staff we encountered throughout our night was very professional, welcoming and friendly.
