Open for indoor and outdoor dining and curbside takeout. Outdoors dining is subject to the weather. We have heaters but not for all tables. Please dress warmly. If there is a chance of rain we will have to cancel.

Shiro has been named the Zagat Guide's number one restaurant and is consistently one of the highest rated establishments in the guide (#5 in 2011; #2 for service in 2013). Shiro is summed up by it's ingredients. Menu items are driven by the best available, nothing less is acceptable. For over 35 years, diners have enjoyed our French and Pacific Rim inspired menu. A tradition of fine dining with excellent, friendly service. We may supplement our menu with a special Taste of Shiro (soup or salad, meat or fish, dessert). Wed/Th. The evening's menu is posted around 3pm.

As much as we love them, we must ask that your dogs and other pets stay home. Service dogs, of course, are welcome.

I never knew this restaurant was in Pasadena. They’ve been there for six years. We went here for an anniversary dinner and food was amazing. Service was great. We got to sit next to the fireplace and will definitely return with more people.

The third location of Beauty & Essex occupies 10,000 square feet of space on North Cahuenga Boulevard. Italian owners, Tony Cotrufo and Enrico Fiorentini, both hail from Rome and have been serving fresh authentic Italian cuisine at their Playa Del Rey location since 1997. They offer homemade pastas, an excellent wine list, outdoor seating and daily specials.

Was there to treat my niece for her 26th bday, it was her first time. We had a blast; service is impeccable, food and drinks fabulous! We had an amazing view of the ocean, too. We’ve been coming here for anniversary dinner for the past 5 years since we got married at the vibiana next door. redbird caters the food and we’ve been hooked ever since! The seasonal maple leaf and the woods cocktails are our favorites, this year we had beef tartare for appetizer, the steak, scallops and pork chop and it was delicious! for dessert we had some type of chocolate mousse with ice cream. Absolutely no complaints, the vibe is always right, service on point, and everyone is always friendly. 10/10 would recommend

The Dal Rae is the Southern California restaurant where 1950s classics still reign. Lobster Thermidor, Pepper Steak, Chateaubriand, Prime Rib, Fresh Fish, Rack of Lamb, Steak Diane and Cherries Jubilee prepared tableside are among more than 100 items on a truly retro menu, complete with some of the city's best martinis. Opened in 1958, the Dal Rae has maintained its original atmosphere, too, right down to a piano bar with live entertainment. And, most important, it has preserved a tradition otherwise found only in private clubs -- knowing its customers by name and treating them like the most important people in the whole wide world. The Dal Rae is located close to the 5 freeway and half-way between LA County, Orange County and The Valley. It is a perfect location for business meetings or entertaining friends and family.

Everyone was amazing & truly helpful in making sure the dinning experience was Top Quality . I have been to Baltaire when they have music & it was always enjoyable but last night the Noise Level of the Band & people where Soo Loud that even at the furtherest table in the back of the main dinning room it was impossible for us to talk to each other over the noise 😞

The food is phenomenal to say the least. I wanted the pork chop however the server advised it takes about 45 min so we opted for the chicken which was so dang good. I would def come back. The drinks didn’t disappoint either. Yes, they’re a little costly however they are so worth it
