During the colder months cosy up next to the roaring fire in our Shebeen where we serve our full menu We are dog friendly throughout so you can bring your pet pooch as long as they are well behaved.

There's free parking, lovely relaxed seating, a lively Shebeen bar and friendly staff waiting to serve exotic meats, espetadas - (our signature dish which is a skewer of meat or seafood, dripping with marinade over your side dish), sticky ribs and much more.

Lovely South African wines, creative cocktails, extensive range of gins and even Don Pedros the South African 'milkshake cocktail'.

The Boatman, is Windsor’s only pub on the river at the foot of Windsor Castle overlooking Eton Bridge. Serving freshly cooked food all day everyday from midday to 9pm at night, in the cosy bar, restaurant or in the stunning riverside all-weather conservatory, there is a fine selection of wine, ales, cocktails to choose from.
The bar area and terrace is dog friendly, we cannot accept any pets in the conservatory or restaurant.

We read the reviews and they were so right . We had the beef wellington which was too die for . I had the burrata as a starter and my husband chose the scotch egg. We were not disappointed. The staff were lovely - friendly and engaging . Will definitely return . Highly recommend a visit .

I booked a table online asking for a quiet table as my dog was scared of other dogs. We walked into the large very pleasant bar area and was given a suitable table. The food was delicious and hot. I had garlic bread for starters, then fish pie with a side salad and my partner had the mussels for starters then fish of the day. The food portions were of a good size and nicely presented. The staff were very helpful and polite. If we are in the area again we would definitely go back for another meal.

Really great experience. Went for my birthday with my family. Was greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco, and then later by a slice of birthday cake. Great vibe, friendly and helpful staff, and food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Bakewell tart looked amazing but wow poor lacked any kind of flavour at all. Some staff on the ball others hard to get attention. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and made the perfect choice with the Wharf. Both our meals were extremely good. I chose the belly of pork which was like heaven on earth .My wife chose the beef which she said was cooked just how she liked it. It was clear that some of the young staff were learning the ropes but this didn’t detract from the service being overall very good..I also thought that the jazz band added something extra special. We definitely plan a return Sunday visit.

In 2016 the Old School BBQ was born, using a freshly imported 1982 Bluebird International American school bus from Arizona as a mobile kitchen.

The bus was converted from a traditional seated bus to a fully functional kitchen, with smokers and griddles to cook low and slow BBQ food. The OSB journey had begun, trading from humble beginnings on a local pub car park in Failsworth.

Our little yellow bus soon became a familiar landmark and we became more and more popular with lunch goers who wanted freshly prepared, appetising food served with a smile. Soon demand meant that we would be more often than not greeting our customers with a "sold out" sign, so it was time to expand.

So here we are, with a covered seated area serving our firm favourites, complemented with a fully licenced bar and WC facilities... did we mention the stage? That's right, we also provide live music from various acts from near and far - we are sure you will find our eatery to be like no other!

We had a lovely table in the restaurant . The sun was out and the sky was a deep blue. Balcony doors open . Service was smashing. The ladies were so pleasant and the young lad who brought our food was a delight!! Beautiful moules mariniere and then a delicious roast pork dinner. Our Chablis was perfect too! Rocky Bottoms started out as an 1800s brick kiln with a purpose to fire bricks. Eventually the brick kiln was unable to compete with larger competitors and closed down after WW2. Since this time the brick kiln has offered itself as agricultural storage until it collapsed and stood derelict.

In 2008 the brick kiln’s potential and need of restoration was spotted by local fishing family; The Matthews. After years of love and attention, Rocky Bottoms, as we know it today was born. Have visited for Breakfast Buffet on several occasions. Choice is very varied and something for everyone. Food has always been excellent however on the last but one occasion the pancakes were a let down - not cooked, waiting for one to be cooked but given to another guest who had just requested the same. Overall cannot fault the buffet - proper butchers sausages - and lovely choice of yoghurts, ice cream and fresh fruit. Also suitable for gluten free diet on request.

This includes the vegan balti option and the chicken and mushroom we tried. we also had desserts and highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding and the vegan millionaire shortbread. About the restaurant

The Cat Inn is a 16th century free house set in the picturesque village of West Hoathly, a hilltop village set in the heart of the Sussex countryside. It is in within easy distance from the towns of East Grinstead and Haywards Heath and only 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

The Pub with its oak beams and two inglenook fireplaces proffers a warm and cosy atmosphere in the winter, whilst our terrace is perfect to enjoy a drink and food in the summer months. Being a free house we pride ourselves in the quality of our real ale, and concentrate on local breweries, such as Harvey's of Lewes and other micro breweries. Our food is cooked to order, using fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced ingredients. Our menus change on a regular basis and we also offer a small selection of seasonal specials on a daily basis.

We welcome children over the age of 7. Dogs are welcome in the "pub" area of the Cat, they are not permitted in the dining room

I was recommended The Cat Inn by my neighbour and wow it did not disappoint. From its idyllic setting to the fabulous friendly staff and the scrummy food we had a lovely evening.

Welcome to the Fleece Inn, Bretforton.
The Fleece Inn is the perfect rural retreat, the quintessential English country pub. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful Cotswolds and boasting roaring open fires for the winter months, open garden and apple orchard for the summer sun and a friendly welcome all year round.
With real ales and ciders aplenty this historical pub is a favourite with Real Ale lovers, and the welcoming atmosphere and good food attract visitors from all over the world.
Seasonal and local ingredients are prized, including our famous Asparagus menu in Spring.

Reservable tables are in the pub (standard) or undercover in our orchard (outdoor). There are lots of orchard picnic tables that are not reserved in advance, available for eating and drinking in the sunshine! Dogs are welcome throughout the pub & orchard.

The food was delicious, the service friendly and professional and the restaurant itself is attractive and comfortable, with plenty of parking. The menu isn't huge, but the choice is good enough and a nice mix of the traditional and the inventive. Ingredients are all of the highest quality. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but given the quality of the food, I think it represents pretty good value. I don't drink, so I can't comment with authority on the wine list, though I thoroughly enjoyed my non-alcoholic cocktail. It is also the first restaurant I have been in for years which automatically offered tap water for the table, without having to ask. This should be a given in all restaurants, especially here in Yorkshire, where the tap water is so good - it costs nothing and is always appreciated. All the food we had was perfectly cooked. The Gelato is homemade and is some of the best I have ever had - including in Italy Whilst accessibility is excellent throughout the restaurant, including the toilets, I only really had one minor niggle - I am 60, and my eyes aren't quite as good these days . . . the "mood" lighting, whilst looking attractive, is a bit dim, and the menus are printed in quite a small font - I had to use the torch on my phone to read the menu! It's not anything that would stop me going back, and to be honest, everything else about Devour is so good, I almost feel embarrassed mentioning it. Maybe they could have a couple of menus in "large print" for old duffers like me? I also love the fact that they have a great selection of recipe books for sale - if you feel inspired after eating there, you can try and repeat the experience at home!

Having always been at the heart of Valley life, the 17th century Shibden Mill Inn was originally a corn and spinning mill, before being converted into a country pub in 1890.

Had the tasting menu and wine flight to celebrate an important milestone. Eating alone, so a little nervous, but the ambiance in the restaurant was lovely, the waiting staff were very well informed and attentive, and the food and wines divine. A meal fit for the gods!

Set in the tiny, picturesque village of Skipwith only ten miles south of York, it is the main destination inn in the area.
