Knowledgeable staff regarding all of the wines. Loved the Blanc de Noir 2018 "champagne". It was definitely worth the price of $85 - just an incredible sparkling wine comparable to Veuve or better.

The food at Bao Bei was an interesting asian-adjacent culinary experience. We had the family course dinner for a business group. There were wonderful and diverse flavors though the seasoning was very clearly intended for a western culinary palate, biased toward sweet rather than spicy flavors. Portions were adequate and the cocktails were really inventive and fun. I have to admit I was expecting a more authentic high-end Chinese meal, but what we had was delightful and quite memorable.

It's our go-to spot for those times when we're having mom & son time (he's 11.) Great kids menu and one of the best GF chicken sandwiches in the city! We're never in a rush because there's time to be spent watching the game and hanging out in the arcade. Sometimes we'll even allow Dad to join us ;)
