Exceptional dining experience. I ordered “whatever the chef would like to serve a vegetarian,” as there are no vegetarian entrees at the moment. It was amazing. Simply the most delicious dinner I’ve had in a long time. The others in our group were equally pleased with everything, including great cocktail creations from the talented bartender. A most enjoyable evening. I highly recommend 80 Thoreau.

Loved our experience. We came here because we were in town and we used to have one back in Ohio that closed down. It was nice to reminisce since the location was similar to ours, but opposite in the layout. The food and service were wonderful.

Arlo Grey is the debut lakeside restaurant by Top Chef 10 winner Kristen Kish. Kish’s culinary style melds precise training and technique rooted in French and Italian traditions with a nostalgia for dishes from her upbringing, her world travels and her exploration of the bountiful ingredients of Central Texas.

Reservations are highly recommended. Self-parking is available in the hotel parking lot for $10 for 3 hours with validation. Masks are recommended when indoors and not seated at your table, regardless of vaccination status.

Menu is not long. This is a good thing. Fewer items is generally better and more consistent execution and that was indeed our experience. The flavors were subtle and flavorful but not in your face allowing one to taste each ingredient and how each ingredient contributes to the balance of the dish. My first experience ever with Banyuls vinegar from France used in the vinaigrette for the salad. Awesome, the fall undertones of the vinegar were great with the roasted acorn squash. We also had the crispy rice. The deconstruction was great. Only negative was the little bit of crab was super salty. Though mixed with the rice, green beans and aioli balanced it out. Having said that I don’t think they meant for the crab to be that salty. Finally we had the fish with Tx tomatoes, small okra and tomato beurre blanc. Subtle, tasteful excellent! Service was very good and helpful. One downside was the bench cushion I was sitting on wanted to tip forward if I sat near the edge. A bit dangerous. Something for them to note and address.

We visited for a Sunday New Year’s night dinner and were impressed by the quiet dining room and tasteful decorations. Service was attentive and pleasant, the Sunday special three-course prix fixe menu was fantastic with perfect scallops and sumptuous desserts. I was floored by how many menu choices were described GF.

Very very good quality Italian food. The service was excellent as was the ambiance. We had pizza, the butternut squash ravioli, kale salad (their take on the typical ceasar, ) and every single dish was just excellent. The only downside was the hostess who did not want to sit us inside with our service dogs - but the manager fixed that. Will be back

First time for Sunday Brunch for us and Coast 236 did not disappoint! Very nice, varied menu and dishes were beautifully served. Our server, Matt, was very attentive, friendly and fun. The guesthouse is a gem in Lost River WV. We frequent the restaurant and always enjoy it. Our last visit, we each had the crab cake special. They were fresh and delicious with a zesty sauce, and no shells. Looking forward to our next visit!

The ambiance of Maypop is lively but not overbearing. The crispy oysters were enjoyable, the Bibb lettuce salad was one of the better salads I have had, the pork shoulder was fantastic, and my guest said his black drum was amazing. And our server was delightful to boot!

The food was outstanding, every appetizer (three), every main course and the dessert knocked my socks off. The flavors and presentation were exquisite and every bite was a cacophony of flavors. The service was omnipresent and instantaneous. One of the best restaurants in Boston for sure and I'm coming back.

The food was cooked well. The drinks were superb. The ambience was great. The seating is a bit congested, depending on where you are seated. The main course took an hour to arrive and one appetizer never arrived to the table. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a great time. The food was very good and paired perfectly with the two Spanish wines we had. The wine list is exceptional.

It was my borthday & food was excellent. The service was great. The hostess seated us in a great warm booth. The waiter was quick to get our Order of fish & shrimp tacos, mole enchiladas, pepita salad, guacamole. Wonderful mole sauce! Great sauce & crispy fish on tacos! The best churros! Great service from our waiter! Loved the fireworks on the churros! We always love coming here!
