Delicious seafood dinner in Mexico City. The octopus salad was so generous and the octopus was cooked perfectly. Our Fish of the Day entree with Frijoles was light and well prepared. We ended the meal with churros with a perfectly spiced dipping sauce. We would return!

Marea it's a seafood, corn, and mezcal restaurant.
With a menu created by Chef Lula Martín del Campo, who promotes top quality, sustainable, and fair trade seafood, corn dishes that represent Mexican gastronomy, and mezcal, which with its characteristic mysticism is the perfect pairing for any time of day.
Some of the dishes that represent us are Prawns with "esquites ancestrales", Grilled sustainable wild fish, dark fish ceviche, the cold-smoked marlin tiradito, the octopus and grilled cheese taco, and the smoked tuna blackened quesadilla. But this project is not just about food, it also has its contribution of art and design since it was designed by the architect Alberto Kalach making this corner a must-stop for those who enjoy art, good food, and the characteristic lifestyle of Colonia Roma Norte.

Excellent delicious food! Highly recommend. I love the way the chef incorporates ancient corn into her recipes. I particularly enjoyed the green mushroom posole with ancient corns.

Truly an incredible meal - I'll be dreaming of the ravioli for a while. The ribeye steak was yum, but it's definitely meant for two people.

San Pellegrino´s Latin America´s 50 Best Restaurants Award for its quality and ambience.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. we charge $250 pesos per person on no shows or incomplete groups.

The best meal my boyfriend and I have had while traveling. We loved the tuna tostadas and our server recommended getting two tuna and two scallops which was amazing! The whole fish with two different flavors hit the spot and the dessert were a great way to finish. I love the mezcal margarita and would come back just for that (and of course the food). Service was incredible for us and all staff was on top of clearing plates, getting more drinks, and having your food brought out promptly. A great place to try and try again if you are in the area.
