About the restaurant
A Soho dim sum house that caters to vegans upon request. Reviews happily report that Yauatcha were happy to adapt any of their vegetarian offerings to fully vegan offerings and were very knowledgeable about the ingredients used. Guests recommended the vegan fried rice, glass pumpkin dumplings and pan-fried vegetable dumplings. As well as classic dim sum and dumplings, there’s a wide range of wok dishes and an impressive cocktail and wine list, all offered in a uniquely contemporary setting.

Very noisy large group at the next table. Service not up to usual standard as we felt we were being rushed the whole time.

About the restaurant
Offering regional Thai food with uncompromising flavors, som saa is full of just the right amount of heat to spice up your day. Available for lunch and dinner, this unassuming Thai joint is the brainchild of Masterchef finalist Andy Oliver and the flavors on offer really pack a punch. There’s no dedicated vegan menu here, but staff are happy to adapt recipes to the individual diner’s requirements, such as removing the shrimp from the iconic som tam Thai papaya salad. Check out the intriguing cocktail list, maybe a ‘Day by the Pool’ is just what you need.

Outstanding food, best we have eaten outside of Thailand, Nahm (sadly long closed) and Kiin Kiin (in Copenhagen). Definitely going again, can still taste the zing 3 days later!!

Mayfair
About the restaurant
A “leading destination for modern Catonese cuisine”, Hakkasan’s Michelin star is well earned. Set over two floors, there’s a relaxed, more informal dining area with a vibrant bar on the ground floor, and the lower ground floor is a more intimate setting with intricate wooden screens. Helpful staff will point out or arrange the best vegan options by adapting existing dishes. Diners love the soya vegan chicken and the deep-fried tofu receives comments like soft, creamy and full flavored.

About the restaurant
A privately owned neighborhood gem, Trinity has been serving locals and tourists with equal enthusiasm since 2006. Famous for their fine dining tasting menu in several courses, their goal is to provide guests with a thoroughly memorable gastronomical experience. Reviewers commented on the delicious vegan options on offer including warm chestnut, artichoke, and truffle. There’s a wider variety of vegan fare than appears on the website; just chat with the staff who will be happy to help.

About the restaurant
Have you ever tried Incan inspired cuisine? Coya offers a menu filled with Peruvian influence and outstanding ingredients. Coya also takes the vegan diet seriously, and there are plenty of delicious options available seasonally. Reviewers went wild for the house guacamole, which has a good kick, and zucchini with shitake and mint. Miso and eggplant combine in a main dish that’s sweet, sticky and sublime. Sides have included kale, goji berries, and candied walnuts. Contemporary cuisine with the spirit of adventure.

The vibe here is nineties / noughties retro, love it! Food is always good and this time a new twist with a welcome party and canapés with bottomless champagne. After about 45minutes we were shown to our table and the music and live entertainment carried on along with the champagne and food being served. This is a great way to spend a Saturday brunch (12-4pm).

Want to thank the owner aka “fossil collector” for his wonderful hospitality and kindness. My husband and I had our anniversary here and we had just came back from Dorset and went fossil hunting and this restaurant is filled with fossils! The food was excellent, some Asian flavour profiles which I appreciated as some umami tasting dishes. Come for the food, stay for the fossils and the wonderful company. The owner was also very hands on and you could see him hard at work serving tables. We have been to 5 restaurants all 3 star 🌟 in London but this is my very favourite one. Thank you for the memories. We will be back for our next anniversary! Thank you for the kind (toe) from Tanya & Bruce your forever client
