Lobos is an exciting new tapas bar also focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat. Meaning wolvesin Spanish, Lobos offers a short, sharp list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas with ingredients sourced locally, evolving seasonally and therefore dishes that will change frequently depending on what is available from the market. Lobos is a real carnivore’s paradise, think perfectly roasted Iberico pork, slow cooked shoulders of lamb and lightly charred, rosy pink bone in rib-eye to share, all presented simply and cooked to perfection, allowing the pristine quality of the offering to shine through.

The food was fantastic, the ambience was lovely and the staff were great. The whole experience was amazing. My husband is going back again this Friday with his friends because we enjoyed it so much. 100% recommend.

Very overpriced for mini not so very tasty tapas. The service was not very good either (Our waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and with the wine.) For £75 for 3 tapas a bottle of red wine, you can find much better places to eat in London. I would only consider this place for drinks and nothing else.

This was second time that we've had great experience at Lobos Meat and Tapas, the quality of the food is outstanding and also the service, the wine choice is also superb.
However, I would like to leave a note about one specific tapas the we've ordered that really was disappointing - The Chourizo & Meat and Cheese board, with 3 slices of manchego cheese???
It was really disappointing, from the costumer point of view - when you read cheese board I would expect a little bit more variety and quantity?

Food came warm rather than hot due to waiting staff continuously chatting to each other. Also like to add very greasy crisps to some of the meat dishes which didnt compliment at all.

I have been to Lobos London Bridge a few times, with different crowds, and have never been disappointed.
The food is always really tasty, with portions being rather generous for a "tapas" format.
Good options for vegetarian and for coeliac too.
All their cooked dishes are delicious but they also have a good selection of cured meats and cheeses if you are in the mood for nibbling with a glass of wine.
The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
Will be back again for sure!

I have dined here a number of times and the food is excellent. Best for 2 or a cosy 4 group as the area is on the smaller side being under the arches. The bar stools around the window are good for people watching too. I have just booked the only "big table" for a xmas lunch which seats 5/6.

I absolutely loved my visit. I booked for my girlfriend and I and we had an amazing meal. We loved the monk fish and the Iberico pork. Both dishes were incredible and the Croquettas were so good I could he eaten a huge bowl of them.
The service was great and when we finished, we asked for recommendations of bars to go to and were sent to a brilliant little place, so huge thanks for that.
All in all, I'll definitely be back and I've been telling everyone about how good the food was.

Great place to eat. I’m on a low GI diet & found plenty to eat. I asked the waitress if the black rice was made with black rice & she though I was being funny with her. nb It’s black with squid ink as a friend ordered it.

Table given away because we were 10mins late, after calling me an hour before to confirm my attendance and I confirmed it. In the end they gave us a table but service was horrible. The manager was all over the place it was so humiliating seeing him giving a table which barely sits 4pax, to 6 people who all stared at him blankly and they decided to leave. Food below mediocre it’s sad to say the best dish was pan con tomate. Staff overall rushed off their feet even if sections were only 4 tables per waiter. In reality nobody really expects stellar service anymore but this was a disorganised mess.

We have eaten here last year and the previous year, the food is outstanding. The tomato bread is the best we have ever had and we have eaten all over Spain (Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid etc.). All the staff were brilliant except for the manager, he had grey hair. We had a reasonable amount to eat, a bottle of wine, we finished our meal and still had about a glass of wine to drink each, the manager came up and firmly placed the bill on the table although we hadn't asked for it and he said "I need this table in 5 mins" in an abrupt and rude manor. There were three other couples who were there before us and still there when we left, I asked them if they had been served with the bill and they said no. I went downstairs and asked him why he had asked us in particular, he said it was because we did not have a reservation, which we clearly did (as you can see from the confirmation email) and it was he who earlier checked the reservation and showed us to our table. This was our 25th wedding anniversary so we were upset. Like I say the food and the rest of the staff were outstanding, The last time we went it was a different manager and he was a lot more friendly and welcoming.

The ambiance was great - the dark tunnel feel is really nice and romantic. The server was friendly, but when we tried to get more drinks after we had finished dessert we were told we needed to leave because they needed that table for other diners - even though we had only been there about 50 minutes (and the website says we’re guaranteed 1 hour 45 mins at table). Not a good note to end on. The croquettes were really good, but the patatas bravas and the pan con tomate were pretty sub par.

Food was not as nice as expected, low quality and very very fatty. The waitresses were in a rush to finish their shift so basically I felt I had to eat and leave so to go to a place to pay almost £100 in low quality tapas and to feel that I have to eat fast and that I can’t even have a chat with my bf I would rather have stayed home.
I didn’t like it at all.

Hidden away under a railway arch, tables upstairs are in cute little booths - headroom is at a premium so tall folks may want to snaffle a space downstairs.

Tapas was good - especially the monkfish and the pork cheeks

Friendly staff, good ambience. The food was good overall, but some of the dishes - the lamb cutlets and tetilla cheese in particular - were just a bit bland. The cheese in particular was disappointingly tasteless.
Not as good as I expected, but still, on balance, worth a trip if ordering the right dishes!

Really nice place and very good food. A little on the expensive side but the food very tastey. Its a teeny tiny place and we were stuck in a corner so no chance of even getting out to pop to the loo! Their turn around time was two hours so they were polite in kicking us out but we could have stayed longer.

Waitress brought a bottle of
Water straight away to the table. Staff are very nice, polite, couldn’t do enough for you... checking and making sure you ok and you have everything you need. The tables are a little bit too small but as it is tapas - and a very nice one too... I highly recommend for a lunch and very nice wine...

I must say that LOBOS is literally the best Spanish I’ve ever tried in London! Just as good as the local places in Barcelona. Specially recommend the Ribeye steak with foie gras, pan fried squid and prawns, as well as the classic pardon peppers. Wish they could open up a branch in Canary Wharf.

I greatly enjoyed most of the food (notably the mushroom dish, steak with foie gras, and croquettas) - however I did think the monkfish was a bit too salty and the padron peppers could have had more of a kick. The wine we had was tasty but we noticed quite a high markup on the wine prices - there could be bigger selection of wine with mid-range prices- most of them were in the £35-£40 range.

Have a slightly picky complaint in that the tables are quite small, we were sat in the very first tables and you walk in and luckily one of our party had failed to show but parties of three or more around us looked very cramped. Other than that everything was excellent great food great wine, will definitely come back!
