The food was incredible and staff were knowledgeable about its ingredients and locations of wine. The team even went as far as adding a little candle to my boyfriend’s dessert to help celebrate his 30th. The staff listen and do their utmost best to accommodate. I love having a catch with friends at Bill’s Soho. The guy at front of house ( I think his Portuguese) and the manager ( I’m sure she’s Italian) are a true asset to the team. Thank you for such a wonderful time at your fabulous establishment.
