Beautiful food and fantastic service from our waiter Juann. Went for my husbands birthday after being recommended and did not disappoint. Service was attentive but not excessive and food was cooked to perfection. Will definitely go back again. More

Modern European | Wapping, East London

I have visited the restaurant at the begining of September and I can’t recommend this place enough! I loved the variety of champagne and cremants at an affordable price which tasted very nice. The food was lovely, especially the octopus carpaccio which we had for starters. Overall lovely service, drinks, food and relaxing atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit. More

The restaurant is located near the Dock which give it nice views if you are seated outside in lovely weather. The food was nice too and it had great ambience. More

Italian | Wapping, East London

Often packed & buzzing, this modest Wapping restaurant attracts a loyal following, with queues at the door & much fuss & warmth attending the arrival of regulars, for whom this is ‘the quintessential local Italian restaurant’. The reasons for its success are not hard to divine: ‘decent portions’ of ‘great food’ served with efficiency & the occasional dash of charm by waistcoat-wearing Italian waiters. Starters are of near-main course proportions & include perfect garlic mushrooms with highly moppable oil & a commendably generous octopus salad; the pizza & pasta choice is bewildering, from a mammoth calzone to the il Bordello with artichokes, & there are meat & fish mains including a few more ambitious dishes among the chalked-up daily specials. The wine list provides plenty of sub-£20 choice to ensure it’s all washed down with suitably Italian gusto.More
