Luce e Limoni
The menu embraces our native approach to food –
take the best ingredients, allow that quality to shine through and present them with as little fuss as possible.
Our food is the story of a long trip which changes over time, but with one common point: the tradition. In Sicily, trade brought hundreds of years of foreign influence, which we try to bring in our restaurant by offering revisited traditional dishes giving fresh sensations to our customers.
Lovely little restaurant, with homemade bread and pasta. Under rated, in our opinion. Always friendly, pleasant and a joy to eat here.
Lovely Italian restaurant which a charming owner and lovely atmosphere
Good evening with tasty food and well recommended wine. Good service.
Could have taken them all great choices
MAINS was fantastic Fillet of Pork wrapped in Ham with Prunes and RED WINE JUS
Excellent value, particularly for the location. Charming staff. Tasty food.
Great food and great service. Authentic Sicilian place with great wine choices.
A really excellent experience at Luce e Limone. The food was very special and the service was perfect. A good place to go if you’d like to talk to your companions.
I found this gem online and I booked for a special dinner with my parents and a friend who were visiting me. We're all Italians so the expectations were high, but this is definitely one of the best Italian places I've in London so far. Amazing traditional Sicilian cuisine with some nice variations but nothing crazy. Would definitely reccomend the salmon and the squid ink ravioli with ricotta (make it a regular dish!). Outstanding desserts, panna cotta and pistachio semifreddo on top.
Staff friendly and always happy to help.
Good find In the area. Had an after cinema super, restaurant was quite empty, food and service were excellent.
This is a truly authentic cuisine from the South of Italy. Dishes are beautifully prepared, meat and fish are carefully chosen. The wine list (and knowledge) are very good indeed. Prize level very reasonable. Rare in London
Very recommended! Food was delicious an the service is great
Friendly efficient service and tasty Sicilian food. A well balanced menu.
Fish is well cooked and fresh
The wine list is too expensive for the type of restaurant with just 2 25£ bottles and all the others above 35£
Authentic Sicilian food with a twist. Nice portions, fresh ingredients and lovely service.
Amazing food, great value. My wife and I are seafood lovers, and all the dishes we have tried so far have been excellent. Since discovering this restaurant we keep coming back. It's our fourth time in 2 months!
Very enjoyable meal at Luce e Limoni. Excellent food with a subtly different, Sicilian, take on a traditional Italian menu. Only criticism would be the rather expensive wine-list, but the food was very good indeed.
Luce and Limoni is a neighbourhood treat. The authentic Sicilian food is beautifully prepared with an excellent Sicilian wine list to accompany. Service is very friendly and the owner and staff will recommend wine to go with your meal as many of the wines are not widely known. You can have a full blown Italian meal or just one of two course and there is no pressure, even on a Saturday night. There are good antipasti, pasta, risotto and fish and meat options as well as home made Sicilian deserts.
We knew the previous restaurant of Fabrizio nearer to Farringdon which was also great but very small and “cafe” like. Luce et Limoni is more grown up and a lovely place for dinner in a proper restaurant without crazy central london prices, seek it out!
After a week of wonderful dinners, this one was likely the best. Amazing service and execution.
Great food and the service was fantastic. We were there with three children and although it is clearly nice enough to serve as a great date spot, they made us feel perfectly comfortable and we all loved our food.
Good service and authentic Sicilian food. Great selections with fresh ingredients. Good atmosphere.
Very good, friendly,helpful comfortable.
I would definitely go there again.
Fantastic restaurant, exceptional food and fantastic wine. My friend and I shared a starter and two mains which the chef kindly served on separate plates rather than us having to divide our meals ourselves.
Highlights were the black cuttlefish ink ravioli with crab and red mullet and the red wine from Mount Etna (Vino di Anna). The wine was expensive but absolutely worth it and worked with every dish we had.
Service was friendly and knowledgeable. It is inexplicable that this restaurant wasn't packed on a Saturday night. A wonderful find!
Absolutely brilliant! The food was delicious - whole baked fish and pasta - and the service faultless. We had a fabulous time and will be back soon!
Charming restaurant. Delightful owner & waiting staff. Delicious lunch. Quick service.

Nice people. The pork dish of the day was way too tough.
Service was personal and food was great. Very enjoyable
Entrees are exquisitely and beautifully put together—combination of taste and Sicilian culture.
An all round excellent venue, the food and wine selection was superb, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly and the ambiance was just right for an enjoyable meal. First rate and value for money.
Lovely atmospheric restaurant. Great to chat to the Sicilian owner. Great food, great service.
Great little find. Beautiful food - everyone loved their meals. Would definitely go back
The food was very good, and I think the experience would have been equally good except that it was very busy and noisy as there were two large parties and the restaurant was open to the street making it airy but the non-party tables were close to the traffic.
Good, but felt that the manager could have sold to us less. There was a bit of pressure at the beginning of the meal to order, even though we were waiting for other guests to arrive.
He also pushed the specials quite hard, which is understandable at first but not when it's done repeatedly.
Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed the food.
Authentic Sicilian restaurant, lovely food and wine!
An imaginative menu served with panache and friendliness. Thank you Fabrizio
Great service!! Very attentive and personal. Great wine, great food! The lobster spaghetti was awesome. It was a dinner date, so very romantic.
A unique Sicilian Restaurant
The Owner cares with his pleasant attitude to seekers of genuine food and wine of the Region
The location is convenient and the ambiance seeks to help you relax at a busy Lunch time which makes the experience of returning all the more enjoyable
We always go there
but not often enough its one of those SPECIAL PLACES
Absolutely authentic and delicious Sicilian food with charming waiters.
I loved the beautiful crystal lights and picture of lemons as in the name, Luce e Limone!
Was a little bit quiet so not a buzzing atmosphere.
But we three girls had a very good time!
The portions were small and not good value for money. Also there was no atmosphere, the restaurant was extremely quiet. Disappointing experience.
We had a great time, delicious food and attentive service. Amazing canoli!
