Each time this restaurant gets better. Super helpful and friendly staff and we had a fabulous evening. Enjoyed choosing the wine from their extensive and well chosen wine boutique.

We frequently visit Ma Goa as it's one of our favourite restaurants and delivers every single time. This time we sat on the balcony because there weren't any tables inside - absolutely perfect, nicely heated and we were alone out there so extra romantic. Food was exceptional as always, service friendly, quick and helpful, and value excellent for the amount of food and drink. Cannot wait to be back.

Ma Goa is a regular treat for us. The food is great, and reasonably priced for the quality you get. The staff are lovely, and it has a great atmosphere.

Our go to for seriously delicious South Indian food

In general, I have had better experience at this place. So this might be down to Vivid that the restaurant failed me know his time. But Vivid or not, if you are serving customers then you don't make them wait 15 minutes to place their order, you don't make them remind you three times to get their drinks, you don't serve them cold lamb chops starters. Food was okay, but Open table menu was different from what we were given... almost 75% of menu items weren't available... utterly disappointing. Final straw was when we asked to look at the dessert menu, we were told we can't get dessert because it was 10 minutes to 10 pm and they had to close by 10 pm sharp, else they would get fined. So why on earth did no one come to tell us sooner that if we wanted dessert, we should place the order soon? Absolutely shambolic wedding anniversary meal.

As luck would have it had booked for an early dinner on the last day before lockdown. Food and service as always were excellent, as was the cost after the early booking discount. I shall continue to use for takeaways during the lockdown.

It was a perfect night out for me, the food was excellent and the staff were just lovely. I was there with a friend and we both said we would be back.

I love Ma Goa! It’s my neighbourhood favourite. Can’t come here and not have the paneer and broccoli and the gulab jamun for dessert. Delicious wine, great beers, superb service and incredible food. Honestly the best! Had to have a last supper here before lockdown 2.0 😁

- We ordered multiple dishes and they were all delicious, real depth of flavour (majority of which were vegetarian)
- Felt comfortably spaced and considerate of Covid-19

Always have an amazing time at Ma goa! We’ve had loads of takeaways from there in the last few months (!) but always nice to pop in and benefit from the amazing service. Food was outstanding as ever, only downside was that my fish curry wasn’t as spicy as last time - but that’s just a personal preference!

We had the prawns to start, and always love the paneer veggie dish. Portions are always spot on too, never too large, but always generous. Cannot wait to come back!!

Lovely Indian and very different to a lot of places. Food was absolutely delicious along with the service. If you live in Putney or the surrounding area this is a must. You won't be disappointed and it will put a smile on your face. Lamb chops were incredible.

Ma Goa is always a reliable choice, and food is always excellent. Felt very safe in these days of pandemic, with all staff wearing masks and screens between most tables.

Usually love this place but service was not up to its usual standard! They have also removed some options from the menu which was disappointing but the food we did have was delicious!

Came here for our anniversary as hadn’t been since we first met 23 years ago. Was even better than before. The 2 girls working were very pleasant and service was good, just a bit of a wait between receiving our drinks, of which we each were given a free glass of Prosecco as it was our anniversary and ordering. Food was delicious and plentiful and there was a lovely atmosphere. All C19 rules were kept and we felt safe.

The food was delicious. The staff are so friendly. I usually get a Mango Lassi, and on this occasion they were out so the waitress came back with alternate options I might enjoy. I really appreciated this, and she was right, the alternate was delicious!

Excellent food. Very fresh ingredients, unique dishes. Glass barriers between tables are a welcome addition.

Treated badly by staff. My Google review got a response which basically implied that I treated their staff like 2nd rate citizens, which is simply not true. Shame. I have supported this restaurant over many years. I will not be returning. Better curry houses close by.

I love this place. Small, buzzy, casual but super hi-end quality. The food is always tasty whatever I order and the staff are helpful and friendly. I miss the fish croquettes though!
