Madhu's Heathrow Restaurant
Amazing food and service as always
Lovely food. A surprise as it was just a last minute booking before a flight, but really excellent Indian food.
There is very little choice for vegetarians. Starters were ok but the taste of main course dishes was poor. Won't recommend to a vegetarian.
The food is always very good at madhus however the service received was very poor: I was understanding that it was busy but we got given poppddoms which looked like left overs and someone had already eaten from it. The service was slow but the food was very good as always. A shame the service let mine and my families experience down.
Requested for a little birthday cake , wasn’t provided service was slow
Service was great, grilled starters were lovely! Unfortunately the mains weren’t that great, curries were quite oily and biriyani had far too much saffron. Starters were definitely the highlight!
Food good. Restaurant was very noisy. Lady maitre d was a bit rude
Amazing food and fantastic service. Def recommend the prawns. New regular!
We were seated in an area near a large, noisy group, unfortunately, this meant shouting to my partner opposite to be heard - I do understand that is difficult to control however when it also comes with poor service then that is not understandable. The only person who paid us attention was the lovely Asian lady at the front desk, all the other waiters and the manager (who appeared to do nothing other than stand and look over the restaurant) just ignored us. The food is OK but I have had better. My dish was very spicy despite it not being apparent on the menu.
Service was very slow . Food was great.
Great place with amazing Indian cuisine..very helpful staff too
To noisy children running round the room climbing over the furniture a private party in the lower part of the restaurant taken photos and using a bight light which shown in my eyes every time it was put on the only saying I could use is large plate small portion a nd high prices will would not use it again and the service charge is 12% which for 2 people is far to high
Quite noisy and could do with greater choice of curries. The meal I had was excellent. Probably the choice is the item stopping it deserving more along with slowness on the wine front. Overall great food and excellent service by the staff
Without question the best Indian in London with great friendly staff and amazing signature dishes!
very tasty and exclusive food. Worth the visit and can't wait for the next one
Really great appetisers- all were quite spicy particularly the ribs - the main courses were over spicy and really hot. Portions were tiny as well - has been better in the past
Mains were good but the sesserts were over priced and not very nice.
The service was poor. We had to remind staff a few times about drinks, desert menu, cutlery and they started to clear away main plates even though everyone hadn't finished.
Overall a very good restaurant. The food and service was excellent .
Food portions very small and over priced.
Staff do their best due to understaff for amount of tables booked when we went.
Need more serving staff.
Great food starters were brilliant and service was on point. However when mains came out slightly undercooked and service just completely disappeared. I was awaiting to get another drink but no one around anywhere...
Helpful friendly staff. Clean. Lovely pool great for the kids
Excellent meal great service and superb value
we were booked into the private dining room. Amazing room, good ambience and the best service as always. Food was outstanding and something for everyone.
Food excellent, just let down by the extremely slow service. Took 45mins just to order starters, despite asking 3 times if our order could be taken. Seems we were being ignored. Recovered after a few complaints and a discount provided.
We came out on a date night after such a long time. It was so disappointing as the service terrible, the staff just so unfriendly. A member of staff broke a bottle of beer and it went all over my husband’s Gucci shoes and not one member of staff staff came to ask if he’s ok and it hasn’t gone over him. It was such a disappointing experience. The food was really over priced too. We paid over £7 for 5 pani puri which had hardly any filling.
Food is excellent. My wife has an allergy that often makes selecting Indian food difficult but the staff worked around it extremely well.
Once again, Madhu's Heathrow Restaurant was an excellent place to enjoy a great meal.
I appreciated the fact that, even though it was a weekend night and therefore moderately busy, the staff kept checking with me to see if I needed anything and if my meal was acceptable. This was very welcome in my opinion.
Complimentary starter was stale. The Poppadoms were not fresh. The waotress was very good by tasting and agreeing that they needed to be replaced. Food was slightly cold but overall tasty and bursting with flavour. This restaurant is good but must not become complacent..
Very nice meal and a nice change to the normal Indian restaurants
Fantastic food, great service. Will definitely visit again.
Food was very good and also came out fast overall very happy with everything including the service
Really yummy food, great service. A little noisy, but nothing that would stop us eating there again.
Nice meal. We were sat by a wall full of fruit flies. We asked to move and were taken to another table which was fine. We were celebrating my daughter's 11th birthday but no one asked if we would like any cake/desert in celebration (as most restaurants that are this expensive would do so). After asking the staff, they brought a small cheesecake with a candle in. It was nice so we could sing happy birthday. When I got the bill I was surprised to be charged £8.50 for this cheesecake!! I paid the bill but brought it to the staff attention. They said this is always the case, but due to the fruit flies issue, they would not charge me for the cheesecake. Very amusing all around from a 'high end' restaurant. Guess they still have the old Indian mentality (i'm indian btw).
Service was terrible, i noticed waiters & manager favour larger tables than smaller ones
We had an lovely experience and Madhu's restaurant. They were flexible with their catering given we have two young boys. The food was excellent, especially the Vegetable Jalfrezi. Great restaurant, lovely staff and great atmosphere. Thank you
Average. Slow service.
Excellent food and service. The chicken tikka flavour was good
Food portion, the quantity was too poor, in comparison of value for the item, we ordered hara bhara kabab £10.00 for only 2 small round kababs. Plus no paneer in main course for vegetarians, a bit disappointing, the service was good but the place was very crowded and too much noisy, I thought they might be taking precaution cuz of covid, therefore they ask you to pre book, I also did n still the place was full with people n noise.
Paneer smelt really bad and had a very bitter aftertaste.
