London's famous rooftop bar and restaurant, Madison was named as the capital's second most-Instagrammed spot, and it's no surprise when you take a look at its incredible view across the dome of St Paul's Cathedral. It serves great food and cracking cocktails and is the ideal place for a celebration, whether that's a birthday or just a Friday...

We ordered the sunday roast. The meat was not done as i had requested and was chewy. Had to leave half of the portion as it was not edible. I did raise it to the serving team as well however there was no action by them.
Rest of the food was good, ambience was nice. Music promised was Soul as it was Soul Sunday, but the musician was playing chart numbers only.
Both food and service were amazing! Would definitely return.
An excellent experience
Very in exciting. Side orders arrived after main dish was eaten but great waiter
Really cute belated birthday dinner. They were accommodating and our waiter Ricardo was lovely! We’ve been before and will of course be back. Thanks again!
Amazing - was literally a perfect evening- every song was I loved - was constantly shazaming them!
Just the right amount of noise and buzz level in the room - can’t wait to go back!
Great location, excellent service, modern, cozy rooftop. Steak was good 👍
Excellent experience will definitely go again! Food and ambience was lovely, perfect for our anniversary!
Really nice time with my partner. Atmosphere was good had live music and good price for everything we got. Food was cooked to perfection
Had an amazing time great staff, food & the music was brilliant. Definitely recommend 👍🏻
Served by Cande, he looked after us very well and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and live music (Aidan Martin) that night was amazing!
Love love love Madison!
Second time here - food was amazing, as was the service, especially from Deivid. We also didn’t realise there would be live music, which was just the right vibe for the restaurant. Was a bit worried thinking the meal would be overshadowed by this but they were incredible and genuinely made the evening so special.
100% would recommend for either a casual or fancy date - works either way!
Amazing food
Very nice location and experience in general, the bar-restaurant lacks of decoration and green. The waiters/waitresses are great and very polite but they insist on getting another plate or drink all the time. In such a way that makes you feel uncomfortable.
The whole experience was beautiful I would definitely recommend
Amazing place for a 1st date after lockdown
Madisons is always amazing!!
It’s in London with views so obviously not cheap, however I don’t think this would come as a shock to anyone.
Marked 4 for value, as the service and ambiance is enough to warrant the prices. On the other hand it’s more expensive that your average night out in London.
I’ve been here a handful of times and have never been disappointed.
COVID-19 - Obviously dampens the times pre corona, no dancing, joining tables etc .. However the team here do a great job of keeping everybody safe and enforce rules well so everyone should feel comfortable!
Will always return X
It was my partner's 40th birthday and the team was awear of the little surprised I have planned for him. The team helped with a wonderful happy birthday message on the table and happy birthday dessert. It was very thoughtful and I would definitely go back there and recommend anyone couples or family with children to go and enjoy this beautiful restaurant. Thank you Madison! Jasmine
Attended for a birthday meal. Service was 10/10 could not have asked for anything more. Was very well looked after. All the staff were polite and were happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely visit again. Only down side was our table was booked for 8pm due to the current law, the restaurant had to be vacated by 10pm exactly which meant the music was off by 9.30pm. Which is not the fault of the venue however we did still have 3/4 of a bottle of wine left, which we had to leave behind. It would have been nice to have stayed and enjoyed the venue a little more
I attended Madison for my birthday with my 2 sisters & 2 nieces for brunch, I had such a lovely time. The music, the vibe, the food & the service was A+
I really enjoyed my happy birthday treat of raspberry sorbet.
I will be back.
I love Madison, however I was irritated that they kept on telling us they need the table back and I understand there is a time limit but for that to work the service needs to be on point and not leave you for long periods of time between course or desert and the bill
A great vibe
We had an amazing meal celebrating a 30th Birthday, staff was great and food was delicious.
The £30 deal is worth going for, and the food was well-executed. Our waiter was brilliant - his first day at Madison but we'd never have known if he hadn't said. Just the right mix of genuinely)friendly yet professional. Somehow despite the £30 deal my friend and I still managed a bill of £66 each but it was so good to be back there.
I have booked the restaurant in order to have a good meal and the chat with my friend but 1. The music was sooo loud we could not even hear each other .
2. After the meal you can’t enjoy the terrace - you have to spend a min £60 to be there.
3. On the Sunday they have just set menu so be ready to order three courses
For a drink and a good view it’s good but for the rest no.
I wouldn’t go there again
Security guard quite unpleasant and miscommunication between wait staff and security- need to get on same page about what’s allowed in terms of the smoking area. Other than him and his demeanour, was great! Thanks
I like Madison's, its a very vibrant place. Somewhere you would go to be seen mainly. Lots of young people wanting to be noticed. Having said that the view is amazing, food was good and service very good and speedy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone wanting a quiet meal.
A fantastic date night at Madison's! Great atmosphere, great service and great views! So nice to get a socially distanced taste of our old City Life again! Can't wait to book again!
Very quick service and food was outstanding
I returned to the restaurant with my friend as his first time and other than his disappointment to the meat, he enjoyed his time at Madison-as did I. I'll definitely return.
Fabulous view food and service. Great spot for lunch
We were there for Bank Holiday weekend - had a three course set menu for £45 including half a bottle of wine per person. Great value for money and had the best fish I’ve ever had in my life!!
Very fun and lively atmosphere, friendly ,polite and helpful staffs . The fun was very good and presentation was perfect. Set menu have good varieties and it's a fantastic value for money deal .Our waiter was absolutely fantastic made us feel like we were usual when it was out first time will definitely return in couple weeks .
Great location,music and food 5*
Music for brunch very loud but the company was fab! Food nice - would have been over priced if was t for the glass of champers included
Absolutely loved going to Maddison! Thank you for my boyfriends birthday I’ve cream! Really appreciate it!
My partner and I attended as part of an anniversary dinner. The bad, wet weather meant we couldn’t use the outdoor terrace, which of course is the major attraction. The restaurant did however have a live DJ playing music which was good but music wasn’t to our taste and was far too loud to have a conversation over dinner. Apart from that the views and candle light create a lovely ambience.
The service was okay. The waitress that was hosting our table specifically was lovely and we even got a ‘happy anniversary’ ice cream plate which was extremely pleasant as we didn’t ask for it but just showed the restaurant paying attention to such detail.
Other staff were not so polite and would specifically ignore you when you would call for service. I even mentioned it to one of them- it was that blatant !
The food unfortunately was not great. The menu choice is extremely meagre and only had scampi available if you’re not a red meat eater. The scampi I received was dry and tiny and not very enjoyable with little else on the plate to dress it up such as sauce etc.
On arrival the bouncer and staff at the elevator door did not make us feel welcome. However I will give a 5 star rating on the security at each door we went through to get to the dinner , once we were seated our waiter who was lovely could see we were out of place and helped us with the menu he recommended us our drinks and he was always so kind to guide us unlike the other staff who come across as quite stuck up . Our food was amazing however we did not like the starter but that’s us just not liking tomato the main was lovely no problem with it , however they got one of our deserts wrong but as well felt out of place and judge will did not complain ! Overall I think the food was over priced and you paid more for the view of London then the food , the view was a sight to see you could the London eye and Saint Pauls Cathedral
I loved the experience, very different to what we are used to. Even though we were sat away from the window view, you could still see the London skyline which was lovely. Only downfall, was the music. I understand for the rooftop bar outside the party vibe; however, I felt like I was shouting at my partner and at the staff to be heard. Don’t get me wrong, great playlist but just inside was quite loud for the fine dining
We went to Madisons for my Birthday brunch and had the best time! The waiter was the best and was so fun and kind (believe his name was David) We were uncertain how the atmosphere would be social distancing but everything run so smoothly and we had such a good time with good food and drinks. The brunch was well worth the money! We can’t wait to return ☺️
