The flavor profile of each dish (Hamachi Crudo, Green Beans, Goat Belly and Spiced/Sticky pumpkin dessert) was spectacular. The service was great and I felt very welcomed especially since I was dining alone. They accommodated my early arrival and were understanding that my guest couldn’t make it. I’d put this on my must do list every time I’m in Chicago. Job well done!!
