Wynn Las Vegas and Encore restaurants

Las Vegas is more than just about cheap shrimp cocktails. Standing out amongst the dozens of hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, the shining glass buildings of the Wynn and Encore hotels boast a variety of restaurants that guests can choose from. Casual or fine dining, vegan or vegetarian, Asian or European, buffet or à la carte, these hotels can accommodate the dietary needs of each and every guest while still serving high-quality meals and unparalleled service. Between the Wynn and the Encore, these hotels have more Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award-winning restaurants than any other resorts on the North American continent. The Wynn resort also has the only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Chinese restaurant in all of North America.

Another outstanding experience at Sinatra’s. This is the second time we’ve dined there and both times have been magical. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fine dining option on the Strip.

Delicious food! Great ambience as always. Our server was great, but the alternate server was a little snarky making Canadian jokes

Absolutely outstanding restaurant. First, the location is excellent. It’s lively, you are entertained by the waterfall/music, and the energy in the atmosphere reminds me of when I lived in Brickell. Second, the seafood was amazing. We had the lobster and tuna steak. Both cooked perfectly and I enjoy my lobster without the work, and was asked (before I requested) if I would like it unshelled. Third, the service was also very good. The waiter was attentive, aware of why we were there, and had clearly reviewed my open table profile (bonus points). Fourth, the pineapple upside down dessert. This isn’t a normal dessert or for the light eater, it’s literally an entire cake. And it was pretty amazing! Save some room for this as it’s worth the price. Lastly, with all of the above, I have no issues spending large sums of money on meals. This place was worth the cost and we spent over $500 for two which will give you a general idea of the pricing. Overall, great experience. When I am back in Vegas, there will be a return trip here. Side note, I am a Hilton person and prefer the Waldorf but the Conrad is directly across the street if you would like to stay close to the restaurant without the chaos of staying in the casino (though most hotels have a casino in them…it’s Vegas 🤷🏽‍♂️).

Love La Cave! We come every year for New Years, however, I will say that this year the brunch pricing went up over $20 which is not a lot - HOWEVER.. you can't up what you charge if you aren't also going to keep the same standards of service. We saw our dedicated waitress 2 times the entire visit (to say hi and to get paid) so we made every request or order through the water boys and buffet servers, which is inefficient since they have to then take the time to stop and go give the order to someone else. Other than that, amazing as always!

What a wonderful surprise for our first time eating here. We shared a beet salad that was delicious. I had the salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus (great sauce) and my wife had the pork chop pounded to cover the plate (tenderized). Consider sharing. The attentive staff will spoil you. Very fair prices too. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!
