Market Brasserie - InterContinental London The O2
The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to makes us feel welcome and comfortable the whole dinner
The service, food, ambience and setting were just perfect. The concierge "Dean" was a true diamond.
We went there to celebrate our anniversary. We were given lovely table by the window, overlooking canary wharf. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious, however asking to pay £13 for tomato and burrata salad was rather on expensive side, yet still very enjoyable evening and we would be happy to dine there again. Restaurant also surprised us with a plate of dessert to share which was a lovely gesture. Shame parking isn't free for customers, it was at discounted rate though.
Excellent attentive service nothing was too much trouble from choice of table to selecting from menu a faultless performance from all staff but a special thank you to William for exemplary service a great evening.
We have had so many awful meals at the O2 we decided to try something totally different. Overnight stay for Cirque du Soleil, so an early dinner before heading into the arena. What a lovely surprise! Lovely atmosphere, very attentive, welcoming and polite staff, and food was outstanding. The moment I said I have a dairy allergy, they fully checked what was in my choices, and the chef amended anything I couldn't eat. Added bonus is that Intercontinental has it's own entrance into the O2, so literally from restaurant to our seat in the arena was 5 minutes - no queues! Highly recommend - we will be back.
Lovely visit for an anniversary pre-show meal. Service excellent, staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Look forward to our next visit
It was my wife's birthday and we were a bit pushed for time as we had tickets for the O2, but the staff were very accommodating and even produced a little birthday cake for my wife on a slate with a birthday greeting. Food was excellent and we had a excellent view across the old docks from our table.
Great view of the river and an elegant ambiance that still allows for casual attire. Good selection of food and wine pairings. Definitely recommend if you’re staying at the hotel.
Nice view of Thames River, nice decoration and quiet dining environment, food is amazing nice presentation, decent price. Great place for dinner before O2 concert.
Lovely food, lovely setting, service was fabulous
It was fairly quiet when got there, but everything was just lovely 😊
Food and Service was quite amazing!!!
we wanted a relaxed meal before seeing the show at the O2, away from the noise and the hullabaloo from inside the O2 .
and this was classy relaxing , very tasty food and elegant ambience
Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was lovely. Very convenient for O2 and better standard than the chain restaurants around the O2 which is what we wanted.
Great location, great view over the river . Quick service , staff helpful .
We were warmly welcomed, the staff were very engaging and pleasant. We had a great table and a sharing platter for 3, which was all delicious.
very friendly but professional staff. food was a little slow in arriving but very tasty hot and nicely presented for a dinning room in a 5 star hotel the price was very reasonable.
nice food nice service!
We ordered platter to share and steak as main, quality of steak is very good !
Nice quiet place for dinner before an O2 concert as the restaurants actually in the O2 are always heaving. Was a bit slow service but nice food. There’s a passageway from the hotel through to the O2 which is handy.
Great food very elegantly presented! Always order the chunky chips!
Great views, and food is to a high standard, surprisingly so.
Service is a bit ad hoc
Great location for going to O2. Hotel has its own walkway directly into the arena. Food and customer service very good overall. My only negative would be that after the show we had to join non residents in the queue for the bar on the 18th Floor. As we were unwilling to do that we went to the Clipper bar and that was closed for a private function. We then had to try the ground floor bar area and queue there, no table service. Not impressed that we had to go to all that trouble as a guest of this quite expensive hotel. At check in the receptionist should have told us that the Clipper bar was closed to us and that we should book a table on the 18th floor for after the show.
The service was exceptional, Callum took care of everything with a friendly and polite manner. The restaurant even produced a surprise birthday celebration for my step son who was over the moon with his happy 8th birthday Easter egg desert. A wonderful evening and we’ll definitely be back!
The Market Brasserie was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We stayed in the hotel overnight for a concert at the O2 so thought we'd eat here first. It was a great experience. The food was delicious and carefully prepared and presented. The views of the river were excellent. The service was a little slow but also excellent. I think this was only down to the fact that each dish was meticulously prepared from scratch. I would definitely return.
Wonderful staff and food, lovely table by the window
I booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner. CustomerService was amazing and they were patient with us. We all lived our good. I got a cake for my birthday which was nice of them. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend. Great view of the Thames
Great food. Nice view.
Sharing plate for starter was excellent.
Restaurant kindly did extras for our anniversary.
4 of us for a wedding anniversary celebration. Had the chateaubriand x 2. Comes with 2 sides for each one and 2 sauces. Very, very good. Thames gin cocktails, and great desserts. Finished off on the 18th Floor in the cocktail bar. Great views and service all round. Definitely go back.
Fantastic food and very attentive service, I’d highly recommend
Mother’s Day lunch Buffet was absolutely perfect, especially for my mum who loves the finer things in life.
Great venue and great food
We had the Mothers Day buffet. Very good food selection. Spoilt for chiice. Presentation was good. Food tasted very good. Freshly prepared. Good value.
Food was very good, although portions were on the small side, staff were excellent, and if you had a table at the front - a good view of the city (we did not) overall a nice restaurant and certainly we would go back
Great restaurant with lovely views, service and food, we will go back soon. Thank you.
Food was lovely. ! Let’s mango was the Best mock tail I’ve ever had ! X
Perfect location for a meal by the 02 . 50% of car parking if eating in Hotel
Perfect setting for adults to socialise. Good location , let down by GPS so went round many times in and out of the tunnel.
I could see the imposing building but could not reach/ get there. (I Felt like Moses, seeing the land of Canaan but could not reaches it)😀
Finally called and directed by a friendly voice from the hotel. I will recommend it, my husband was happy, we'll visit again with overnight stay as well.
Lovely food, with great views, and a nice atmosphere. We had lamb and steak, which were well cooked and tasty. Wine was affordable, and the service was very attentive.
My partner and I went for my birthday. We really enjoyed the service and food. Callum our waiter had excellent service and was very attentive. He topped our drinks and asked if everything was fine but did not over do it. He also, brought out a nice small cake for my birthday. Would really recommend the restaurant for special occasions and events.
The food is great, the place is clean and service is good. Fantastic views of Canary Wharf and the Thames. I also recommend both bars which have even better views and provide a great atmosphere for enjoying a quiet drink. One of the best places in the area.
Great place to go, amazing food and service, great views in the night also.
