Nice quiet place for dinner before an O2 concert as the restaurants actually in the O2 are always heaving. Was a bit slow service but nice food. There’s a passageway from the hotel through to the O2 which is handy.
Great views, and food is to a high standard, surprisingly so.
Service is a bit ad hoc
Great location for going to O2. Hotel has its own walkway directly into the arena. Food and customer service very good overall. My only negative would be that after the show we had to join non residents in the queue for the bar on the 18th Floor. As we were unwilling to do that we went to the Clipper bar and that was closed for a private function. We then had to try the ground floor bar area and queue there, no table service. Not impressed that we had to go to all that trouble as a guest of this quite expensive hotel. At check in the receptionist should have told us that the Clipper bar was closed to us and that we should book a table on the 18th floor for after the show.
The service was exceptional, Callum took care of everything with a friendly and polite manner. The restaurant even produced a surprise birthday celebration for my step son who was over the moon with his happy 8th birthday Easter egg desert. A wonderful evening and we’ll definitely be back!
The Market Brasserie was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We stayed in the hotel overnight for a concert at the O2 so thought we'd eat here first. It was a great experience. The food was delicious and carefully prepared and presented. The views of the river were excellent. The service was a little slow but also excellent. I think this was only down to the fact that each dish was meticulously prepared from scratch. I would definitely return.
Wonderful staff and food, lovely table by the window
I booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner. CustomerService was amazing and they were patient with us. We all lived our good. I got a cake for my birthday which was nice of them. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend. Great view of the Thames
Great food. Nice view.
Sharing plate for starter was excellent.
Restaurant kindly did extras for our anniversary.
4 of us for a wedding anniversary celebration. Had the chateaubriand x 2. Comes with 2 sides for each one and 2 sauces. Very, very good. Thames gin cocktails, and great desserts. Finished off on the 18th Floor in the cocktail bar. Great views and service all round. Definitely go back.
Fantastic food and very attentive service, I’d highly recommend
Mother’s Day lunch Buffet was absolutely perfect, especially for my mum who loves the finer things in life.
Great venue and great food
We had the Mothers Day buffet. Very good food selection. Spoilt for chiice. Presentation was good. Food tasted very good. Freshly prepared. Good value.
Food was very good, although portions were on the small side, staff were excellent, and if you had a table at the front - a good view of the city (we did not) overall a nice restaurant and certainly we would go back
Great restaurant with lovely views, service and food, we will go back soon. Thank you.
Food was lovely. ! Let’s mango was the Best mock tail I’ve ever had ! X
Perfect location for a meal by the 02 . 50% of car parking if eating in Hotel
Perfect setting for adults to socialise. Good location , let down by GPS so went round many times in and out of the tunnel.
I could see the imposing building but could not reach/ get there. (I Felt like Moses, seeing the land of Canaan but could not reaches it)😀
Finally called and directed by a friendly voice from the hotel. I will recommend it, my husband was happy, we'll visit again with overnight stay as well.
Lovely food, with great views, and a nice atmosphere. We had lamb and steak, which were well cooked and tasty. Wine was affordable, and the service was very attentive.
My partner and I went for my birthday. We really enjoyed the service and food. Callum our waiter had excellent service and was very attentive. He topped our drinks and asked if everything was fine but did not over do it. He also, brought out a nice small cake for my birthday. Would really recommend the restaurant for special occasions and events.
The food is great, the place is clean and service is good. Fantastic views of Canary Wharf and the Thames. I also recommend both bars which have even better views and provide a great atmosphere for enjoying a quiet drink. One of the best places in the area.
Great place to go, amazing food and service, great views in the night also.
Food was very nice, service good, atmosphere not great. It was a little quiet and there's a lot of noise from the open kitchen. Nice river view. Steak was good, quite Smokey.
Been here several times and always had a great time. Served by Alina and she was great, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Excellent food served by very helpful staff. Will certainly book a table next time I stay at the hotel.
My wife and I ate here before visiting the O2 for a show later in the evening. We were a tad early arriving but had a drink in the Clipper bar which overlooked the Thames before taking our drinks through to the restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and sat us at a table next to the window which agin had views of the Thames. We ordered T-bone Steaks from the specials menu and I have to say it was probably one, if not the best, steaks I’ve ever had. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it. Will definitely eat here again if visiting the O2 in future.
Had a perfect time
The stuff was friendly
The food was delicious
Food reasonable prices for the setting ,staff very attentive and pleasant, food was fresh and perfectly cooked would definitely recommend
We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Market Brasserie. The food was amazingly delicious, the restaurant has great views of Canary Wharf, and the service was great throughout the evening. The staff made the occasion so special for us with a lovely anniversary dessert platter at the end which we were not expecting. We can’t wait to visit the restaurant again and bring our family and friends.
Perfect! Very good service and delicious food. We really enjoyed our meal on Christmas evening and will certainly go back.
Although there was some confusion over the booking, as we originally booked the Christmas Day Buffet for early evening only to be informed the day before the buffet finishes at 3pm. We choose from set menu. the service was excellent and the food was very good. I think it would have been even better if the Christmas lunch buffet time could have been extended to cover early evening on Christmas Day.
Brilliant place to dine! Recommend if you stop in Intercontinental O2 hotel.
Good environment for quiet meal. We had a nice steak and fish and chips was good. Food was nice and staff were friendly.
Amazing food with amazing views. Excellent, friendly service. Can not wait to go again.
We booked at 6:30 but we arrive at six. The manager asked what time he booked. And we told him that we came in early I would like to sit in. They were only a few table clients. He asked us to go away and come back at 6:30. He cannot accommodate us at that time. He asked where they’ll be happy with this arrangement. We told him we are not happy. Any people walk In at this time Will be a meeting immediately. It appearsThat we have penalize by booking. He then change his mind and let us in. All the rest of the staffs were very nice
We were attending a function at the O2 and found the Market Brasserie online and booked on the day. We had a lovely Waterside view which we enjoyed even though the weather was terrible! The food was lovely and the service was excellent. A little bit pricier than we usually pay but it completed a lovely evening out for both of us. An unexpected find and we will recommend and revisit.
Birthday treat, and wow I wasn’t disappointed in any way! I’m definitely coming back, location fantastic for the O2 and nothing more than perfect for the hotel, staff, food, etc
The best point of all was the service from the staff, which was excellent, thoughtful and professional. The atmosphere is modern and well set out, there are great views accross the river. Food is modern fine dining standard andwell above the "brasserie" service the name suggestss. We had the chef's menues with recommended wines for each course. great fun for a birthday. Not cheap in comparison to other restaurants in Greenwhich, but it beats every other restaurant we have seen there including all the top names. We paid about £70 ahead after adding generous wines, VAT and service charge. Base price for the 3 course chef's menu was £42 each. Take your partner there to surprise her/him, and ask for a window table if it is available.
Wow, I didn't expect such bad service. We arrived an hour early as i knew there would not be a problem as it being in the hotel. No one to greet us. Our waitress ok but very odd especially when paying the bill. The servicer was useless and responsive nor understandable. For what it a brasserie the wood was very good and good to perfection. Its just a shame for a restaurant with only 10 tables, the staffing seem over kill. No communication know attention to detail here.
Ok good. Good service . Mushrooms on steak meal did NOT arrive despite mentioning to waiter.. ice requested for three people but only two amounts arrived. View was good ambience was good. Booking was easy and efficient over the phone. Good to have easy access from 02. Will be visiting again but will not come to Brasserie again as not enough choice. We will try the Peninsular restaurant next time .
