Service was really good, food was also good. Would like to go again👍
Amazing service. Food was amazing.
Lovely staff but the food wasn't great
Staff friendly but not sophisticated. Food helpings huge, good value.
Some dishes like grilled squid v good, however the lamb main dish very average, as was the pawn dish.
Nice setting on the pavement.
nice place, quiet, good food, friendly people, excellent location and
I took my wife to the restaurant on Valentine’s Day and I was very disappointed as the restaurant is really small. The food is ok but after reading the reviews I was expecting the food to be really good but it was ok.
All in all, just ok restaurant.
Good value and food
Excellent Food! Good service.
Thank you. We may have overdone our standard. All my staff don't like me at all. I am the enemy of the house. Best regards Tony Chow / owner
Lovely area/neighbourhood and people but the sweet and sour dishes taste like they have ketchup in the recipe. Chef must correct this.
It could be over done with ketchup. Thank you to let us know. However, we have been cooking the same way with ketchup as part of the ingredients for the last 40 years. We see no problem at all. If you have a better way to make the sweet & sour sauce, please let us know. Regards Tony Chow / owner
Fantastic food. Always a hit. Fantastic staff
Not much time was given to choose and the food was a little dry
Food quality was poor. We got our starter less than 5 minutes after we ordered. Surely it takes 10-15 to cook them?
Everything taste the same no flavour:).
I doubt what you order for your starter. Prawn Crackers is always less than one minute. U5 Prawn in Peppercorn Salt will be around 10 minutes. Steam Seabass will be 15 minutes. Sorry that none of my staff notice the incident. We do not charge items customers complain. My staff should have been notified.
Found this little gem on a vacation and managed to get in and order before the kitchen closed for the evening. Some of the dishes we selected were because we saw them on other patron’s tables. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and the service was great.
Excellent food, hot on table. Not the cheapest with Jimmy choo sketches all around he walls.
We were a bit early so it was quiet so the staff were super attentive. Overall excellent food the soft shell crab is excellent, and so was the two aubergines dishes
This was absolutely fantastic!!!
Decent food but service left a lot to be desired. Not worth the price
nice food. very generous portions. fast service and nice toilets!
Great fresh food.
Authentic Malaysian cuisine.
Excellent value. Nice variety of dishes. Much, much better that your average Chinese Restaurant. Peking Duck was superb. Highly recommended.
Always a pleasure dining here. Staff very helpful and the food is the best .
Excellent food, tasty, hot and a great variety of flavours
Great food, although crispy chilli beef was over cooked & dry. However when we complained they swapped it for the chicken in black bean sauce with lots of apologising. That was great - very happy with how they dealt with it.
Good food and service, very quiet on the three lunch times I have visited so little ambiance. Only 5 mins walk from Paddington Station. If you like Asian food you will love this restaurant.
Very pretty restaurant and host was delightful! Apps were delish - we had wonton soup and chicken skewers which we both enjoyed. Entrees lacked flavor - we had the special chili chicken which was OK and sweet and sour chicken that I didn’t enjoy at all. Chicken fried Rice was decent. Would recommend a try but maybe with some different entrees
This warmly lit Chinese restaurant tucked into a side street near Lancaster Gate from Jimmy Choo is exactly what I would do if I were that wealthy; have a restaurant that served all my favorite comfort foods. And it works great!
25/11/18 nice food and friendly stuff
Food quality was mixed. The wasabi prawns and beef rendang were very good but the garlic chicken wings were a total disappointment. The schewan prawns were so so. Service was attentive and the ambiance was good. I wouldn't go back.
Not good. Poor service. Felt like we were rushed in and out of the place. Didn’t get a chance to look at the menu properly as we were rushed.
Great location - a stone's throw from Paddington, next to the excellent Victoria pub and round the corner from Hyde Park Mews (to name but one Mews in the neighbourhood). Service was good if slightly abrupt. Not exceptional, but good fare and ambience.
Great experience, went to the restaurant few years ago.. and it was great then... and great this time around.
Good food quality and service with reasonable prices
Good food and wonderful ambiance. I nice cosy place to take your date.
Food was good. Sweet and sour chicken is best.
I had a massive craving for Chinese - sweet and sour where more sour than sweet. US is so sweet always... The sweet and sour chicken was divine - not swimming in sauce like a lot of places - the chicken was highest quality and very well prepared. Delicious!
Llegamos a Londres en el tren de Heathrow a la estación de Paddington, con MUCHA hambre!! Este lugar fue muy buena opción porque está cerca y en una bonita zona, la comida fue muy buena!
Very quick and tasty for 8 people.
Excellent Food and Ambience. Helpful Staff but some difficulty in communicating with ome of the staff who speak limitied English.
Didn't feel the restaurant is worth the price paid! Service was not great - staffs were rude!
We went there primarily as it was a halaal option. You can see that the clientele is mostly families that are choosing it for a similar reason. The restaurant it pretty. The starter we ordered was pretty good. However the mains were fairly awful. We had crispy spicy beef, duck and chicken fried rice for the kids. It was all pretty bad. I didn’t know that you could get fried rice wrong but it was completely tasteless. Would not recommend.
