Disappointed in the Caesar salad. The salmon I had on top was very good. Salad was not.

We were just here for my mom’s birthday and our waitress was so kind and courteous. Everything was hot and came out with perfect timing, even with a larger sized party. We are never disappointed by our meals here, so we keep coming back!

Was there to celebrate the wifey's birthday and it was fantastic. Waitress was excellent, food was spot on and also the drinks were perfect. We really like the smaller plate choices.

The hostess was awesome to seat us as I screwed up the date on my reservation. She saved the night for my wife and I.

We were seated on time and staff was very friendly. We dined with another couple and we split since the portions are so big; they split everything for us in the kitchen, which was so nice. Wine and food were excellent: had Caesar salad and Veal chop. Can't wait to go back!

It had been about a year since we last had a meal indoors and months since we had a meal out. On a whim we decided it was time. This turned out to be the perfect place. The entire meal - drinks to dessert - was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and we felt safe and relaxed. We are looking forward to our next visit.

I’ve been here several x over the years & brought clients here, and each time have been horrified at the snobby male host’s horrible behavior to me and/or my various guests. I had even sent my client a copy of the reservation and they refused to seat him or even offer him to take a seat, before I came. It was so horribly off-putting to myself and my client and it’s always this front-desk male, again and again, that creates issues and needless discomfort. This is not a fancy French restaurant, (which is not even where his attitude belongs, as they are kinder at a 5-star!!). I actually avoid taking my clients here unless a last resort, because of this awful person seemingly in charge of the front/seating. Otherwise, I want to make it a point to say all other waitstaff and front desk ladies are extremely sweet and attentive, so the service rating doesn’t belong to them. I tend to overtip heavily, and truly love their great service!!

The cocktails are awesome, as they are at other local great places I frequent both for work and play... Edge, Zest, Blue Grillhouse, Taproom at Hotel B/1741 on the Terrace, Twisted Olive, etc. Unfortunately however for the menu itself, there is little to no friendliness for true vegan/lactose free/pork free/ and/or gluten free on the menu. The other places I mentioned which go above and beyond for any and all food allergies and have spoiled me comparatively, so this really does feel like food service in the 90’s as far as being able to offer any satisfying alternatives besides a sticky “gluten free pasta” alternative I tried only once.

Overall, this is a fun decent place, but not worth any fancy hype as “the best” or any type of attitude towards well-dressed & well-behaved people, since it’s other “restaurant peers” around the Valley all manage to accomplish much more warmth, genuine friendliness, clean allergen-free fresh foods, and joy de vivre for the same or less $$$.

Excelente service, food, place, all...

Waiter was inexperience. Not friendly. Three of the Main course meals had lock of seasoning. Very bland.

The hosts were welcoming and courteous. Our server knew the menu real well and was able to give us helpful descriptions of various entrees. Our cocktails were creative & delicious. We were able to split the arugula salad into smaller portions to serve 2 people. It's my favorite salad. Great food & great service on a consistent basis.

Melt is hands-down my favorite restaurant. I have enjoyed many lunch dates with friends and dinner with my husband here and Melt never disappoints.
I love the entire vibe of the space, service is always spot-on and the food is always delicious.

This is a great place. The front of the house staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our server was very friendly and funny. The food was AMAZING and the drinks were great. Would recommend to friends and family. THANK YOU for making date night a super successful night.

We love the variety of dishes served by the Melt. The food is alway really good. The Veal Parm is excellent but a little pricey. My husband loves the Chicken Parm

Everything at Melt is always excellent. Never had a bad experience here. This is my place to eat whenever I am in the area. I recommend it highly. Great place.

Our waitress was just awesome!! She was engaging, professional& gave great suggestions on what to order. We will definitely be coming back!! The food was amazing as well as our drinks, I had an Espresso Martini that was so delicious!!

I think everything is great but the front of the house reception people could be nicer and friendlier.

Melt is our go-to restaurant for the quality of service and food that we expect to get. Especially in this era of Covid-19, Melt takes extraordinary measures to provide a safe environment.....and they make you feel very comfortable. We will be returning to Melt often in the coming months. And of course the service was outstanding. Morgan took care of us and she done an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

Nice place! Very good food, service on time, only negative they beed to work reservations better, we have to wait 21min after our reservation tine to be seating.. Also they need to put sone order with the dress code. They have good reputation they should not allow sneakers and sweatpants. Specially on weekends.. That can cost some customers..
