Date night
Highly recommend this resturant had a exquisite atmosphere along with food.
Because there was no valet I asked where to park. Was told by the restaurant because it was after 6:00 I could park in front. When I came out after dinner I had a $65 no parking ticket. Thank you for setting me up for that one. The service was sorely lacking because there was only one server for the entire restaurant. Took 20 minutes to get a round of drinks and a bottle of wine we ordered never arrived. Food was good except for the two steaks that originally came out well done instead of med rare. Replacement steaks were perfect. All in all a very disappointing evening. I will probably try it again since I’ve had good experiences here before. But, my 5 dining companions have assured me they won’t be back.
Food and service were excellent
We had never been here before. Th place was nice. The food was good. I feel like the waiter was over whelmed which we needed up with over cooked steaks and things. But truly it was enjoyable.

First time to eat at Mercury Chophouse. Attentive waiter but not overly attentive, which is good. Food was delicious. The steak was cooked as we desired and the vegetables were very good. Was seated away from the piano, which was good because we would not have been able to talk had we been close to the singer and piano player. Would definitely return here in the future.
Had a long wait before seated. Finally seated, told they were short handed for the evening, which is understandable. My chicken was so overcooked it was impossible to cut it with a knife. Other dishes were ok, nothing special. It was our first time there and most likely will be the last. So disappointed.

Food was great and the server was very attentive. Hostess did a great job of taking care of us. The live music was quiet enough to not interrupt our conversations.
Not what I expected for a downtown restaurant. Surprised they didn’t carry Chivas Scotch. Bruschetta appetizer was poor. Dried bread with mixed greens. French Onion Soup was very good. Took forever before entree arrived. Server was doing his best.

Honestly, everything was perfect! Our server was Mike from Morocco, who was our server back in Oct for our anniversary. He is is VERY professional and so nice. Hoping he will be there next time as well!

Fabulous service
We had reservations for noon, which I made through OpenTable. When we got to the restaurant, it was closed! This was very disappointing as well as very inconvenient, since we had driven downtown just to eat there.
We normally enjoy Mercury Chophouse, but next time, I'll call to see if they are actually open.
A definite “diamond in the rough.” Absolutely amazing food. The bone in had a wonderful flavor and the spouse claims it’s the best filet she’s ever tasted.
We celebrated my Mom's 76 bday and it was a very nice. They provided a nice little desert to her for a birthday treat. Everything was very pleasant drinks, food and service was great! We would definitely go back.

This was a terrible experience. We made a last minute decision to grab dinner out and Mercury was the only restaurant with available reservations near us. The manager and staff were disorganized. The service was frantic. The food felt cheap. The restaurant itself felt dirty. Just a bad experience.
Disappointed by the food timing and quality. The server did well in accommodating but the venue is dated and didn’t have much of an ambiance. Patio dining, there was no music and lots of cars driving by revving their engines. The owners should ask for speed bumps to be put in through the underpass to slow cars down.
The brussels sprouts are the best I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Some of the best bartenders around— definitely order the ranch water!
From the pleasant greeting at the front door host stand, to the friendly table service, provided by our server, Arthur, to our perfectly prepared dinner, drinks and appetizers.. everything was perfect! The only thing it lacked was the regular live music from piano player. But these tunes have changed everything. Still a must visit

The food was excellent. Good wine selection. All the wait staff was wearing masks, and the guests also, of course, when they were not eating.
Mercury Chophouse consistently delivers. However, the downtown FW space leaves a great deal to be desired. Wait staff are great and food quality is excellent, but the space can't support the required ambiance to make it a top-notch experience. Not a criticism of the enterprise at all. The Arlington location hits the mark in terms of atmosphere. Which is saying a lot, because Arlington is a wasteland when it comes to fine dining. The Arlington Mercury is easily the only fine dining experience in that god-forsaken hellhole of strip mall pabulum.
Good was great as per usual. Great ambiance.
