The short rib lasagna al forno Blanca was perfectly prepared and presented uniquely within its own “skillet” and the Chicken Pesto was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of pesto. The restaurant is quite noisy, even at half capacity, and the value diminishes quickly by adding even the simplest of drinks (unsweetened ice tea for $4.25 / glass, or glasses of $6.00 wine for $19.00; buy the bottle for $65.) or a small plate (appetizer).
