- BBrianVIPBaltimore / Maryland •22 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy wife and I had the pleasure of dining at The Ruxton on a random Monday night, and it turned into an unforgettable experience. We went with a mix of appetizers—grilled oysters, potato gnocchi in sage brown butter with goat cheese, Wagyu beef sliders, and king crab cocktail. It was a completely random selection, but every dish was outstanding. The gnocchi was rich and perfectly balanced, the Wagyu sliders were incredibly flavorful, and the king crab was fresh and sweet. All of it was complemented beautifully by a fantastic Sancerre. What truly elevated the evening, though, was our server, Sammy. Not only did Sammy provide exceptional service, but we also had a great conversation throughout the night. Engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, Sammy made the experience even more memorable. It’s rare to have such a combination of incredible food and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning—and when I do, I’ll be asking for Sammy!More infoThe RuxtonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Harbor East•4.8

Only complaint, had requested seating in the bar area when making the reservation and were sat in the dining room. Quick conversation with the hostess and the situation was rectified for an absolutely wonderful night.More infoBygonePrice: Very Expensive• American• Harbor East•4.6
- GGlennVIPNashville •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAlthough it was a Friday evening, the restaurant was not very busy which was nice as it was quiet. Service was prompt and courteous and was paced just right. It is a beautiful restaurant that has a nice size bar. All of the food was top notch and delivered the Mediterranean flavors we were looking for. Definitely a place we will return to.More infoOuzo Bay - BaltimorePrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Harbor East•4.7

Discover Baltimore
There is perhaps no better place from which to watch Fourth of July fireworks than Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, dotted with restaurants offering Maryland blue clams, doused in spicy Old Bay seasoning and ready for shucking (not to mention exceptional crab cakes and other local seafood.) An historic city known for its colonial architecture and music halls, Baltimore’s food scene draws on rich tradition with an innovative spin. Keep your eyes peeled for lake trout and scrapple (a brick of pork “scraps”—can be delicious grilled, but probably worth avoiding if you find it dubious), and explore posh Federal Hill and Harbor East for burgeoning restaurant scenes and nightlife.
