- LLakeliaMemphis •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoChar was perfect! We were greeted with a "Happy Anniversary!" The food was phenomenal! My husband and I celebrated our 12th year anniversary and Char was a new restaurant we wanted to try. I read the reviews first. I went back a whole year to see if I can find anything negative on this restaurant. I found only good to great reviews. We tried the gumbo, which came out hot and tasted awesome as an appetizer! It was seasoned to perfection. My entree was the seafood carbanora. Delicious! Hubby's entree was a 16 oz. ribeye, Caesar salad, & loaded baked potato. Nothing was left on his plate! His steak was seasoned and tasted great! He gave me a bite, so I know! Our waitress was great and attentive to us, but Steve (manager) was a highlight for the evening! I give Char a 10 out of 10! I hope they can keep this up! Great job, Char! Thanks for helping us make our anniversary more special! Excellent customer service, food, and drink!More infoChar - MemphisPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Memphis•4.6
