Palm Springs Restaurants

Our server Chad made our experience even better. The venue on the edge of the mountain in Rancho Mirage was already special, but the food and service made our experience even that much more memorable. Thank you Chad for making my wife’s 21st birthday (for the 47th time) special!

The table we requested, table 23, a week in advance, was given to another customer about 5 minutes before we arrived. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. This is the second time that we have not been given the table we requested. That did not put us in a good mood. Thankfully, Johnny, our server, walked up and gave us some anniversary champagne and was very cheerful.

I brought several friends from out of town and they all loved their meals ! This is always my "go to" place as it is always a wonderful place to dine for breakfast, lunch. or dinner!

The host gave us a choice of seating. Although it was hot we chose to be outside because the view was so nice and they had misters keeping everything very comfortable. Our server was attentive and conversational. We ordered mocktails that were very delicious and refreshing. We ordered the scallops in shells appetizer. It was outstanding! Six succulent scallops prepared with spinach, bacon and Parmesan. We also ordered the small size Chilean sea bass entrees. It was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. When I made the reservation on Open Table I told them we were celebrating our Anniversary. They acknowledged it several times and brought us a delicious complimentary dessert. We enjoyed Pacifica Seafood very much!

As expected great service from the entire staff as always.
