We had a wonderful dinner for my wife’s birthday! We decided to eat a little early because we have a little one under 1yrs old. It was a fantastic experience and really enjoyable meal.

We ate dinner at Firebird's Raleigh for my mother's 90th birthday. We ordered two appetizers and 5 different entrees across the 7 of us. Both the bacon deviled eggs and the onion rings were delicious. We especially like the onion ring dipping sauce. We had the grilled salmon, the Firebird chicken pasta, the shrimp pasta, and a cheeseburger. All of the food was delicious. For dessert, we got the chocolate cake, a brownie, and the carrot cake. They were all amazing, but the warm carrot cake was divine. We will definitely be back to the restaurant. The area is perfect for strolling before or after dinner, too.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience. The food was great and our waitress was amazing. She continuously checked on us and made sure we were satisfied with the food and drinks. Jennifer was so humble and down to earth and people with her enthusiasm are hard to find. The drink she recommended to my boyfriend was great ! It was his first time there and she made the experience incredible.

Amazing beer (had 3 Groves). Amazing food (got the scallion pancake, the bone marrow beef dish, the green beans, the kung pao chicken, some soup dumplings) and everything was great. Great service - we were given a glass of champagne for each of us for no reason, just to “get the weekend started” before we ordered our beers. Vibes of the place are very cool. They were super chill about us adding a 7th person to our resy and moving it back 30 mins because of traffic Also they randomly sell boy smells candles which is fun.

Discover Chapel Hill

As one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country, it's no surprise that the restaurant scene keeps heating up in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. These central North Carolina cities are collectively known as the Triangle, and, thanks in part to the number of universities and colleges in the area, there is an abundance of excellent restaurant options. Although essentially every type of international and American cuisine is available, some of the more prevalent options are eclectic Asian, Italian, steakhouse and seafood. Chapel Hill has one of the oldest restaurant and bars known for great hamburgers while an upscale Durham restaurant serves Mexican dishes with a modern touch. Classic southern fare is of course on the menu too.
