christopher's eats is a family owned fresh from scratch restaurant serving Americana cuisine, coal oven flatbreads, craft beer, & handcrafted cocktails. We take great pride in supporting the community that supports us by sourcing as many local ingredients as we can sustain and being involved in community functions.

The Varsity Club, The Schoolhouse Hotel's flagship restaurant, features upscale southern classics such as shrimp and grits. This venue can seat over eighty people and features a full bar, serving creative cocktails, an exciting wine list, local brews, and more. The food was very good as always. Our server was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table of about 8 behind us was extremely loud, actually obnoxious with small children running rampant through that area of the dining room without care that servers and busters were coming in and out of the kitchen running into them and nearly dropping trays several times. I think it’s great that families bring their kids to better dining establishments but they should seriously keep them in check.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet! Great meal, great service, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view! All the staff was great and very friendly! I’ve been to Stillwaters for their Thanksgiving buffet and it’s great as well! I hope Lightburns at Stonewall Resort have this again next year, I like the smaller atmosphere better!
