Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting.
Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides a fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a Fancy shellfish tower. Once again driven to create the kind of restaurant he enjoys, Serfer is excited to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the guests who have made Blue Collar so popular.

Great food and service. Consistent for 5 years!
We absolutely love this place. Service is always on point. The food is decadent. We have ordered different plates every time we’ve gone and it has never disappointed. I highly recommend this place.
I love this place!! The creative and delicious food is outstanding!! The service always on point! Danny was our server las Saturday 10/17 , he was great!!
Great oysters and great service.
Other than missing popcorn clams. Perfect!
The service was excellent. We had a great waiter who was attentive. I wish I knew his name but he had long curly hair in a pony tail. Really nice!
Overall great food and experience. Love mignonette. Our Main server forgot about us halfway through our meal. Luckily others were team players and helped us. Wine was also awesome.
Went thinking it was an Italian restaurant based off their online menu, turned out to be a seafood restaurant. Their non-seafood entrees would least approximately plain since the steak I got was that plain and a little undercooked.
The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. This is a restaurant we frequented pre-COVID, and it had only been three weeks since it reopened. We especially like the seafood options and veggies, although my husband had a burger with their homemade potato chips, which he really liked.
Great value for money. Flavorful and fresh seafood
Great food and service
Menu was horrible but overpriced
Totally weird. No more seafood now it’s italian.
Unfortunately their seafood menu is mostly Italian due to Covid. Luckily they are switching back soon. Also unfortunately the fish that used to melt in my mouth was a bit tough. I would Advise to wait a few weeks to go back.
There shut down,,,, As in closed up!!!!!
Maybe due to covit19
best cauliflower and branzino ! the service is really good. there is always parking .
Honestly favorite restaurant in Miami! Everything was cooked to perfection. The scallops and lobster tails were magnificent. All of the sides were top notch. Really enjoyed the brussels and cauliflower. But the old bay potatoes were next level! Enjoyed a glass of the Zinfandel. Worth the money for a delicious meal in a low key setting.
Food was super delicious and had loads of flavor! Juliesse, the waitress was super delightful! As a local, I definitely plan to start going more regularly.
Let me start by saying that I am a long time customer and fan of Mignonette. However on this visit while the service was excellent the food was not. Fish was overcooked and under seasoned while the red sauce on the mussels was more like a bland pink sauce, and 2 of the 9 mussels (yes only 9 mussels in the entire order) were gritty. Sure hope the kitchen problems get addressed.
Tamar was our server and she was, hands down, the best part of our experience. That’s saying a lot because everything was delicious. We had the fancy red fish and whole branzino, both were amazing. Will definitely be back.
Thoroughly enjoyed returning to Mignonette post-Covid. Food spot on as usual, service friendly and helpful. Menu almost as broad as it was pre-Covid. As with most restaurants that are operating at limited capacity, they necessarily must manage their costs carefully so some menu items may run low during the week ... but we enjoyed our favorites with no trouble whatsoever.
We wish this Covid episode would pass and that everyone remains safe. But returning to Mignonette remains a favorite experience for us.
Always fantastic service & fresh delicious food! One of my go to spots in Miami.
Awesome. Great service. Great food. Can’t wait to go back.
I can always count on having a great meal at Mignonette!
Went for my birthday and had a great time with a group of 4 friends. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner for another special event.
The ambience, the food and the staff are all amazing. The oyster selection is vast and fresh. The menu reminds me of something from a New Orleans creole kitchen.
We understand it was a soft opening for corona but the manager on duty greeted us with a harsh attitude about having masks for bathroom use when we walked in the door. Secondly, the dining room was a quiet, awkward setup that was too bright and lacking ambiance. (Not like their second room to the right when you enter, unfortunately that space was closed off this evening)
The food was ok. Steak was overcooked and bc I think we were one of the last tables of the night, they rushed us off and accidentally didn’t box our leftovers and threw them away.
All in all, pretty awful experience and might be best they stay closed till they can go 100 percent occupancy Bc experiences like this will start to ruin their overall good reputation in miami.
Outstanding service and food - very casual and relaxed. Highly recommend
This used to be one of my favorite places have not been since before the pandemic. I was so disappointed. I brought 3 friends and they all said I can’t pick the dinner spot again. Our waiter forgot about us. My friend ordered soup bread was suppose to come out we ask 3 times and she brought out when he finished he soup. The sea food tower used to be amazing. What the have now is terrible, no crab, no lobster how they used to have it. So sad.
Great restaurant! Service was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Food was really, really good- great fried shrimp, veggies, oysters....
Sauces were very salty besides that enjoyed the food. However the prices for the dessert come on really that was really high for that tiny piece of carrot cake
Love this place.
They always are on point. You know they have a great customer experience when they recognized you and they call you by your name. Our go to for seafood and a amazing night. Thank you for all you do, keep up that amazing work, and thank you for the amazing staff that’s always there to provide quality service for us.
Seafood tower was 🔥🔥🔥.
Got us in and out for show in an hour.
Not cheap but for what you get it's a super value.
Loved our experience at Mignonette. We did pre-theatre there. They were sensitive to our time crunch. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Love the space. Simple but cool. Loved veggie plate. Crudo app was really nice. Would definitely go back!!!
This was our second time to Mignonette. The ambiance is very pleasing and noise levels make conversation easy. The food selection is robust with ample offerings of both surf and turf. The caviar presentation was spot on as was the cook on my filet. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. Perfect for pre show dinner as well as casual dining. We will return.
Great oysters! Very fresh seafood!
Cute place, lots of options. Only half of my fish was cooked properly. Seems this should not be an issue in a restaurant known for fresh seafood.
