Milestones Grill + Bar - Niagara Falls

One of my best dining experience. The food was so good and the establishment was very well organized. Highly recommend.

Good diner overall but price elevate for what we got. And the temperature inside the restaurant was very cold near the windows.

Drove in from Ajax to celebrate our wedding anniversary we arrived an hour late for our 5PM reservation I called just to see if by chance they would accommodate us.
Sure enough they said they will wait for another 15 minutes.
Got there and was seated promptly the service was excellent the food was amazing so good that we went back the following night this time we did not have a reservation but we were accommodated in another section that was a first come first serve basis...the experience was equally delightful..will definitely go back in a heartbeat

Good view of Falls. Good prompt service. Meals were very hot, but a little uninspiring. There were only five other tables of diners, however, the carpet in front of the area we sat at was very dirty, with what looked like food that had been spilt. We were surprised that on such a quiet night, with few guests, someone had not thought to clean it up.

The food was awesome, albeit youd expect that for the price. It is definitely more date night, less family night out. Service was excellent. Covid protocols were spot on. And the view was a nice bonus, even being a local.

The menu was tasteful, the chef's butternut squash ravioli with sweet drop peppers was amazing!!

Then 5star to Brittany, our server, great service, great advice when needed some assistance.

Underdone & chewy.

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Too bad they could not set the lights lower so you can see the falls through the windows at nighttime.

The restaurant was very safe (re: Covid). Tables were very spread out and they had a limit of 50 diners at a time

Had to postpone my reservation by a few minutes and they did so over the phone with no trouble. Our server Christina was amazing; super friendly, super considerate, and made sure we were well taken care of without being intrusive. Food was great. Only complaint was that they were out of BOTH of my first 2 choices of beer, but it didn't ruin the night.

Very accommodating! Felt very safe with all of their precautions.

The male supervisor/host is arrogant and rude. You want guests to frequent your restaurant at this time, then have someone at the door who is pleasant and accommodating....we are keeping your place in business.

Menu does not have enough selection! No roast beef! No shrimp cocktail! Steak was suppose to be cooked medium came medium rare.

It was great to dine in and feel somewhat “normal” in these difficult times. The food and service were both excellent. Always enjoy our meals at Milestones and this location did not disappoint.

Great place to relax after settling into this comfortable hotel. Highly recommend this one stop venue after a great day in the area.

Food took an hour to come. Staff didn't code our table correctly so we got served after people that came after us. We asked for window seating but got a table near the kitchen which was loud. Our server was great though. Miscommunication with her manager but she handled it well.

Everything was great for my wife’s birthday except when we got to the reservation desk at on 6:30 which was rather early I had thought we were told that as per our reservation request they had no Fallsview seating left. They were full in the dining room. We were told the only area that had a view was the bar. That was rather disappointing

The waitress we had was perfect and a delight very accommodating.

The restaurant itself due to covid and the lighting, its absolutely horrendous lighting and ambience

Food and wait staff were excellent. All protocols were Kept up. I felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our meal at Milestones. It was date night and our waiter was great. He was attentive and friendly. We would come back here again when we visit Niagara.

Booking a reservation at the Milestones in Niagara was phenomenal. Our waitress, Rachel was absolutely amazing. She was the perfect waitress in the sense that she didn’t rush us, she was very nice and patient. The food tasted great, we managed to get a table overlooking the falls last minute on a Saturday night which was beautiful & our waitress was busy but we didn’t feel forgotten. We ordered the ribs and steak with seafood for our entrees. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it and the ribs were super soft and falling off the bone. We also got the cookie with ice cream for desert which was to die for. 1000% recommend this restaurant

Food was very delicious. Prices were pretty high. Our waitress was very cheery and quick.

Our server was basically non existent during our meal and sent bring or respond to half of our requests.  The chef however was exceptional by stopping to chat with us, offering to customize our dinners and even personally bringing them out.  What an amazing man, the server could learn something from him.

Me and my son loved the fusion of food, my hubby not that much. Overall it’s a nice place to eat with great ambience

The food was all cooked to perfection.
In fact, portions so large we could have split one dinner.
An alltime favorite.

We had great service and great food. We were even surprised with a special dessert for our anniversary. The COVID precautions were also very good. Great experience over all.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary & couldn’t have had a tastier meal! The surf & turf - top sirloin steak with shrimp & lobster butter sauce. It was cooked to perfection & delicious! They served us a complimentary coconut/chocolate mousse cake to celebrate our special occasion & it was sweet & tasty. The perfect way to end our evening out. Thank you Milestone staff for making it memorable.
