Excellent value set lunch. Exceptional food and friendly Greek service
Outstanding ambiance and service. Would highly recommend Milos, no matter your food preference they will go out of their way to make sure you leave with an enormous smile.
Been meaning to visit Milos for a while. This was the 3rd time I had made a booking, and the first time we actually got there - having always cancelled at the last minute and eaten at one of our haunts!
Generally the staff were good, some a little better than good, some a little worse! But the food really did do the talking. We ordered 5 or 6 dishes, and all of them were outstanding! The Octapus was maybe the best I have had anywhere. In fact, we ordered a second plate of it! Sepia and black rice was also pretty good, as was the Greek salad.
Yes it was a little pricey, but I felt that it was good value given the quality of the food. (Around £250 for 2, including 3 glasses of wine and a glass of Champagne)
I would certainly recommend it for a special Occassion!
Would always recommend - great food!
Must try it ! One of the best in london.
An amazing room and very good service. This is a specialist Greek fish restaurant and it's very good at it - the dorade royal we had was beautifully cooked and presented.
But a word of warning...... the pre-theatre menu looks reasonable at £24 for 3 courses until you add a glass of wine each (cheapest £8 -we spent more), a few sides of vegetables and coffee at the end (plus service) and the next thing you know it's £118.
The wines are particularly expensive and unless you are an expert on Greek wine it's very difficult to know what you are getting. Our meal a la carte would have cost about double so value for money would be questionable even though the food is very good.
Chewy octopus starter, almost raw vegetables with main course, poor offering for desserts.
Once at your table, take a walk to the seafood display and discuss with your waiter what you feel like and be flexible to take on board their suggestions. Fantastic
This was my sixth trip here in as many weeks. It’s friendly and the food is excellent. Great value set menu. Will be back.
amazing service as always and a very enjoyable lunch
extremely expensive for what it is
food was good but clearly not worth the price!
£220 for 2 with only one main course, one dessert and no wine. As a bonus we had to keep our jackets on as A/C was on (to cool down the rool as their heating system was not working well on the other side of the room!!)
Amazing food and service as always. We love this place
Amazing fresh sea food options and Greek wines. Impeccable as always!
Food was fresh and very tasty, in particular the octopus dish. Unfortunately, our waiter was very unpleasant and rude which had a negative effect on our overall experience.
Fantastic food and great service. Everything was perfect and the food delicious. I will come back and back and back again!!
Good food (especially the fish) but very small portions for the price. Table was not laid properly (napkins and glasses missing). Service was very slow took - over 3 hours. With aperitifs taking over 30 minutes to arrive.
Very overpriced. Nice fresh fish but nothing exceptional. I’d wait for a special deal if I were you!
Milos is a favourite when In London- every dish was beyond fantastic.!
Frank was a gem - helpful and great Customer service - lovely table that he arranged for me.
Beautiful Ambiance as always.
Delicious food served in beautifully spacious surroundings.
Excellent evening. Good food, excellent service and great ambience!
Expensive, but food and service was excellent . This is a great restaurant.
Great food, friendly staff, prompt service, well spaced tables, nice ambiance
Great octopus..best ever
We were a party of four people celebrating two 60+ Birthdays. Service was friendly and efficient and nicely paced so we were not rushed in any way. Greek salads and fish were excellent. We were seated upstairs and my only criticism would be that the room was rather hot for my liking.
Great food and a really good setting. Messed up our drinks order and so they arrived after the starter (hence the 4 stars) and then delivered the wrong cocktail. Will definitely go again.
Top Essen, frischer Fisch perfekt zubereitet. Netter Service.
Excellent experience. Food offered fresh and simple .
For fish lovers, this is a great Restaurant. Choosing your fish from a wide range of beautifully displayed fish. Good ambience and mix of sophistication and casualness. Easy to find and a great building to visit.
Extremely busy on a Saturday night. Clearly not enough staff. Table for two was very cramped. We couldn’t order Salt baked fish for two people. Wine list ludicrously overpriced and food was expensive for what it was. I live in London and eat out 3-4 nights a week. This was a very underwhelming experience.
The food was as good as always. Service was average, particularly given the prices! We weren’t asked whether we wanted drinks when we first sat at the table, the wine list took ages to arrive and the gluten free bread only arrived with the main course. The serving team were smiley and friendly but ultimately inefficient and unable to deal with our request for an additional starter before our main courses arrived
Sensational place! I highly recommend this place, great quality food authentic food, simply amazing.
Very very expensive drinks! Food and service amazing
Perfect from start to finish. Milos never fails me
The quality of fish is excellent. Service was not great for a place like this! Service was slow and not professional. Clearly staff are not well trained.
amazing restaurant from A to Z . Food is amazing and service is top class. One of the top 3 restaurants in London for me.
It is our second time for us to eat at your establishment and the first time for our grown up children.
We know very well and have many times dined at Milos NY.
Along with the excellent food that you serve we would like to especially acknowledge your one-and-only Cedric, whose warm and embracing energies have such an added value for guests. Regrettably, we were not
seated at his table (although we have explicitly requested) but nevertheless he was gently paying attention to us when time allowed him. To us it was significant. We value, for what it's worth, that he is a true asset.
The sea bass in salt is wonderful. The pre theater specials are a full dinner so reasonably priced. Great service, great ambiance!
Really lovely visit, food great and service was excellent. My ONLY criticism is we ordered 3 glasses of the sauvignon blanc which was listed as the house wine at £8 per glass and we charged £14 per glass. Maybe there were two on the menu by the glass, but they should have checked which one, if they were not clear.
We did not mention when paying as the meal had been superb and so had the service, but it really annoys me when restaurants do this. It is not good to put customers in this position and unnecessary.
Fantasy fish. Looking forward to next visit.
Had a very nice meal at Milos - set lunch menu of Salomon tartare and sea bass for main. The fish was cooked to perfection!
