We had a great after theatre dinner. Fresh fish, nice service. Food excellent, nice ambiance.
We liked it very much!
Perhaps a bit expensive, but worth to visit. Go o
I have been there a year ago and all was excellent , this time the service was not the one i have experienced the first time , too much noise , we had a bad table and the food was descent but not exceptional like the first time .
Valentine dinner. Amazing food.
Amazing restaurant and staff i will come again there for sure. Well done guys!!!
Excellent food and service, would recommend this restaurant.
The food was incredible. I would definitely dine here again. The service was mostly great except when we asked to speak to a Sommelier to help us with a wine selection, it appears they sent over just another server who knew minimal about wine. Eventually the Sommelier made it over to our table and helped us - it was just a strange experience they tried to fool us. Other than that, I would highly recommend this for a great night out!
Pre-theatre set menu with a few glasses of wine. Food and ambience top notch, service very good.
A good variety of food, attentive service throughout the evening.
Food was good, restaurant a little warm for our liking ...service on the day was superb ...could have done with more explanation within the menu
My husband and me had dinner on Valentine ‘s in Milos.
It was the best thing ever. The building, the decor inside, the ambiance all so nice and impressive. The waiters are all so friendly and very helpful and polite. The sommelier has a very good knowledge about the wine so suggested a beautiful bottle. The fish is so fresh and very impressively displayed. The food was all extremely nice. Overall we had a great time and we will definitely go again.
Great restaurant BUT - everything we wanted from the menu was not available! We asked for three different types of fish - none available! two of the starters were not available and neither was the pudding! All very disappointing - the food we did have was very nice - when we found something we wanted and they had. We were offered several times "Sea Bass" which is not what we wanted!! Restaurant had a great atmosphere but just could not cope with being busy. Hi expectation but not achieved.
For Valentine's Day we had tickets to see The Price in the Wyndham Theatre, Leicester Square. We found Milos Greek seafood restaurant nearby through Open Table. The menu looked good and price was reasonable so we made reservations for the Pre-Theatre Dinner. This was our first time at Milos. The seafood displayed on ice looked impressive - all very fresh. The prices of the a la carte were a bit steep. Albeit, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and wine. The staff were all very attentive.
We would recommend Milos to our friends and plan to come again,,,perhaps for lunch after seeing an exhibit at the nearby Royal Academy.
Poorly seated in front of the door despite there being plenty of space.
Ambiance was okay. Staff were helpful but all in all its overpriced.
Great food and service -
Excellent food. Service slowed at end. Overall very good.
Really authentic Greek fish restaurant of high standard.
Lovely fresh grilled bread to dip in olive oil with snipped oregano leaves. Aromas galore.
Some dishes exceptional like the signature starter of fried eggplants zucchini etc. Best crunch in years. My grilled octopus starter tasted like it was done on charcoal by the sea.
My wife enjoyed some barbouni, red mullet, fried like the best tavernas in Greece. She could not praise them enough. I enjoyed a dorade, carefully cleaned off the bone without messing up the fish. Radikia in olive oil and lemon. Fantastic.
The sweets, top class Greek sweets, wonderful wonderful wonderful. We will go again soon.
Milo’s anywhere in the world is one those restaurant that delivers on every count. The restaurants are stunning but what matters most is in the plate and again last nigth was 10/10.
Simoly love this restaurant
Our favourite place for any occasions. Love it!
Really amazing Greek restaurant that is quite smart.
The food, service and surroundings excellent as always.cant wait to go there again soon!
Super, thank you!
Food quality was exceptional. Very good service. Will certainly return
terrible receptionist, they basically are about status and have already decided upon first impression how you'll be treated. better seafood restaurant's in London. don't waste your money or precious time going here
Went for theatre menu. Arrived 5.00pm place closed on arrival but the staff great food excellent even for the early fixed menu. We have eaten here on the full menu the food was of the same high quality. Wines distinctive and really enjoyed the visit. Will return.
Great experience, good food, good service, good wine. Enjoyed!
Very good food as usual, service a bit patchy, too many dishes being served to a small table. We had to reject one and the waitress was narked. Also if dishes come as they are made they need to be standalone .. the Wild Greens on it's own last was not a good idea.
We came for a wedding anniversary. The two of us found ourselves seated at the most remote table on the second floor with a row of other tables very closed to each other.
We were not even offered the wine list. We had to ask for it after the starters ! Unbelievable for a restaurant of this standing.
Excellent food!!! Excellent service! Highly recommended
the best fish restaurant in London, highly recommend
Five people spent over £1K. Super overpriced. Fish is over cooked. Octopus is super salty. Avoid.
Met with a friend, had the pre theater special, best value there ! No complaints, service was average in attention but nice in approach
Food excellent;;; ambient perfect ... too noisy ... so long waiting for waiter ... for oil/bread for order for order wine for payment - too long ... they put in wrong number in wardrobe - so long waiting for find the coat - but you forget everything when you taste the oil... food
Waited 1 hour to be seated
Was very expensive
Unfortunately one of the main dishes was cold when it arrived at the table, we sent it back but it was still cold when it came back; at which point we just gave up (they claimed they could not heat it again at risk of overcooking, but in that case they should have prepared a fresh one).
There was also a lot of cold air coming in from the very large entrance door. Overall a not very pleasant experience.
Fantastic lunch menu. Excellent value and quality. Stunning restaurant with great service. Been several times now and always good.
Absolutely amazing. Will be back!
It all started well, but the main course was so poor. No flavour in the meat, no seasoning. Just some chips on the plate. Very confused what this concept is. Trying to be Greek with Japanese? Very over priced food. The staff also didn't check on us and just walked past as if we weren't good enough to be there. Over £200 for a starter and main is just to much.
Been to Milos in Athens 3 times - it was excellent, although a bit pricey
In this London branch we took the fixed price lunch menu, which by itself was great value -£20 for 2 courses (me) and I think £28 or so for 3 (my co-luncher). The food was good. However, the cheapest Macedonian red wine was £38 (all the others much pricier) and with £5 supplements x2 for lunch, one £6 side dish between us, and 2 half pint beers each I was amazed that our bill came to £145.
We had a dimly lit table next to the stairs at the back directly in line with the massive doors to the street, and got an icy blast every time they were opened - a heavy curtain across them, or a vestibule, would have helped. If you go there, and want a reasonably priced meal, stick to the prix fixe and be careful with any drinks or extras, and make sure you get a table well away from the doors into the street.
we was disappointed, we went out dissatisfied, just the ambience is stunning .
