Taking inspiration from London's vibrant and energetic art scene the art-inspired afternoon tea includes a selection of mouth-watering finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and Mariage Freres loose leaf teas accompanied by an art-inspired pastries, created by Executive Pastry Chef, Mark Perkins. Following its success, he revisited the concept in 2021, creating a selection of pastries inspired by Japan's Yayoi Kusama, most famous works.

Beautiful setting with excellent staff, we had a business brunch planned which was booked incorrectly due to a glitch in the hotels system. The man looking after us (apologies for not knowing his name) discretely resolved this offering us a number of options, which included continuing with our booking in the mirror room and keeping the kitchen open for us despite breakfast service being finished. We never felt rushed and happily had coffee before moving over to the restaurant at Rosewood for lunch - booked by our mirror room waiter who also walked us over.
Overall, a lovely morning and lunch.
Nice location, but not very inviting and warm. Food was great, but the system of leaving dirty plates on a table near diners was awful. Would not go back
Very stylish interior, great service and delicious food! One of my most favourite place in London. I will be back soon no doubt!
First visit here and could not fault any of it. Food and service was sublime. Not the cheapest meal but you absolutely get what you pay for. Great for special occasions and there is a set menu with a good variety and very reasonably priced.
Always love the Mirror Room! Everything is just perfect.
Is one of the most beautiful restaurant into a hotel that I’ve known... all perfect!!!
We had a lovely evening at the Mirror Room to celebrate a number of important family events and to have an early Christmas celebration. The Mirror Room and staff provided a beautiful setting, attentive service and delicious food - highly recommended for a stylish evening to remember.
Difficulty in finding the way into the hotel and as there was no-one obvious entrance or anyone to greet our taxi. Once inside also difficult to find the Mirror Room restaurant. Once in the restaurant no staff available to welcome us or receive our booking. Eventually after walking almost the length of the restaurant I found someone to assist.
Lovely dining room with various mirrors around. Subdued atmosphere for a Thursday. Maybe more suited for a romantic couple. Food fabulous. I had the beef which melted in the mouth followed by the Elton Tidy which tasted superb. Wines also very good but for the price expected much better.
Ladies toilets fabulous. Loved the design and amenities.
Followed our dining experience with drinks in the Holborn bar. Lively, packed and buzzing bar. My friend and I almost wished we had eaten in here.
Overall a great evening. Would we return? Maybe but the experience was let down by lack of suitable visual staffing.
Love The Mirror Room. Staff are always friendly, the food delicious and they welcome my little dog.
Exceptional and non rushed service. Very consistent. An excellent time.
Lovely experience. Food and service were outstanding!
I went for my 30th birthday dinner with my parents and felt really special. Great vegetarian selection too.
Apparently I have to write something for my review to be submitted. Annoying platform.
I found this venue via an online search for a birthday lunch venue. The website's ease of use and location made me book a table. My experience from arrival to departure was lovely. It was my birthday as well as my friend who joined me. The food was delicious and just the right portion size, although I could have has a little more samphire with my salmon (but that is because I love it!). Our waiter, Jamie was attentive as my friend and I both received a small but delicious birthday cake each as he had overheard us mention it was our birthdays! A slick and appreciated touch :) The ambience was just right for conversation. I will certainly recommend this venue to friends and will come again for afternoon tea, perhaps!
The Mirror Room is a place where the noise level and space between diners is perfect - just enough noise and space to not be heard by others but to be able to clearly converse with and hear those around you. Very good service and food. Not cheap but then we did not hold back on this occasion!
Great spot for a business lunch. Wonderful decoration and space!
My first visit to the Mirror Room - it met expectations and was an enjoyable experience.
A great place for a business meeting with great quality food and a calm ambience.
Dear Mirror Room
I really enjoyed my diner however I must say the tables were a bit low on the ground.. the chairs were more for a lounge section. It was a bit uncomfortable to me. But the place and service was amazing.
Cihad & Peter
very nice and high quality of service. thank you for pleasantly booking me and my second half on our date.
Always great. Jaime is a great host and the new menu is delicious. Thanks for always hosting us!
Food was really oweprice and not good at all.
Table is not comfortable to sit for dining.
Simple restaurant with nothing special.
Wonderful care. Excellent delicious food. All requirements fulfilled. Mostly the staff and their good humour and attention make for excellence. The beauty and splendour of the hotel means nothing if the staff expertise and human care is absent.
The food day or evening has never disappointed the most discerning of food critics used to Michelin star restaurants- and I have taken guests here from the four corners of the globe.
I went to the Mirror Room with my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and it most certainly did not disappoint.
The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful and had some brilliant recommendations that we both really enjoyed.
The quality of food was first class and they also offered Halal meat which was great! The Chef even made up an off menu sauce for us which was exquisite.
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering going.
Beautiful room and a great place for a quiet conversation. But the menus is limited and it’s a shame that the apple tart tatin is no longer on the menu!
A great place for business lunches, not too noisy and with a pleasant relaxed ambiance
Delicious food, fantastic ambience, helpful and polite staff.a tad expensive but delicious. Perfect for a special occasion.
Fantastic service, lovely food. Beautiful venue.
A real treat! Cool, calm and special. A lovely place to spend the evening.
Tasteful fusion of culture and style with superb service
All of the staff were very conscientious and thoughtful throughout.
The food and drinks were incredible.
Food - superb. Staff - fantastic, an absolute gem in London, highly recommended.
Excessively expensive for a very limited menu. The lunch menu advertised is not available and nothing was offered to compensate. Lovely decor though but still a bit to do to attract business and leisure into a nice table
What I thought I was ordering did not arrive on my plate. The bun was hard (meant to be soft) and the overall presentation was poor.
Our experience was great- breakfast was good and champagne options were available.
Amazing surroundings and atmosphere.
The service was great too.
The desert was the best, the starter could have been better.
I must say the whole experience of my lunch at the mirror room was fantastic and I will be coming back
The service was really slow. We waited 20mins to have the menus, we had to request a couple of times to top up our wine. We waited for the main course for about 20mins after finishing our starters. The food quality was amazing. Just a bit disappointed we the service in general. Also was a birthday dinner treat which I requested a birthday massage on the dessert but never happened. I expected a bit more from this restaurant. The bar was good and service was very personalised and it was very busy.
First visit to the Mirror Room having frequently dined in the Pie Room. This is a step away from that hustle and bustle and the settings is fantastic.
My visit was slightly let down by the slow service and food. Despite it being at the end of the lunch sitting and being one of only a few tables in use, our table wasn’t ready when we were shown to it, I had to find someone to place our order and our food took at least 45 mins to arrive with no explanation offered in between. I also had to request the bill and our plates left I collected for a while.
Maybe I had the wrong expectation from my Pie Room visits of this as reasonably swift experience for a business lunch.
