We had a lovely meal here. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. My mother is coeliac and we were very impressed by our server's knowledge of which items on the menu were gluten free. We had the Wine on Wednesdays offer which was incredible value for money - two courses and a bottle of wine per person for£22.95 if I remember correctly. The choice of meals on the offer was very good too. My husband said his sea bass was the best he'd ever had, and I can highly recommend the baked oysters starter. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent food, from set price menu. Considering they don’t specialise in curry, the Sri Lankan curry was one of the best I’ve tasted in a restaurant. Wife really liked her steak, Chilled out atmosphere, not too pretentious. Staff very attentive. A very enjoyable experience all round. Will be returning some time soon.

We booked and didn’t realise it was race day. However the food was excellent the service a bit slow, but then the restaurant was crowded and a bit noisy. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again. I had the duck, delicious, my partner had the mussels, he enjoyed them so much he hardly spoke. Lovely experience. Thanks

The food was exceptional quality and the portions large. We ate fresh oysters (delicious!) with a glass of Prosecco (even the raspberry intercross was ripe abs tasty!), the followed with the pate and squid to start and classic mussels and sea bass as mains and all were superb. The bread with the mussels would have been better rustic or sourdough, as the white French bread went rather mushy in the jus of the mussels, the pudding was a little small (apricot and almond cake) and the wine (which we had by the glass) should have been properly chilled, but those were minor quibbles. The staff we really friendly and efficient and it had a lovely bistro feel and overall we would highly recommend! Thank you to the chef and staff!

Lovely food, prompt friendly helpful service and big portions! Only ate mussels so can't comment on rest of menu but the mussel dishes where lovely and great variety of flavours. If you enjoy blue cheese the blue cheese mussels are super.

Pasta was quite bland I had seafood linguine! Very expensive drinks ! The manager or at least he looked like it tall guy was very rude to his staff we didn’t like that and it was clear to see!! The staff were fantastic didn’t need his negativity! That aside starters were fab and we had a great night

As always absolutely lovely we always go here my husband and I. We always ask for a window seat and we always get a Window seat. The soup changes every time we go in and every time it is delicious, the food is great would recommend this lovely restaurant. The staff are lovely they look after you 110%. Really enjoyed my Moules with blue cheese in the sauce. My wife does not like mussels but found plenty of choice on the menu. Service very attentive. Food exactly as on the menu. Recommend but was busy on the Wednesday we visit so might be worth booking.

Been to Moules a lot over the years - this time food was not great (steak v gristly) and was charged £3.50 for 4 slices of a french loaf to go with my £21 pot of mussels Cant possibly justify £3.50 for this - robbery Im afraid. Evening menu to limited leave the lunchtime Korean Burger and othe rstuff available into the evening dont always want a £20+ main thnaks as enjoying the wine and a chat. Sort the bread out fells or we won't be back.

A lovely, dog friendly restaurant that we haven’t visited in a good few years. Staff were really helpful, especially assisting my husband who is gluten and dairy intolerant, to choose from the menu. Food was glorious and came pretty quickly too. As a foodie I’ll be writing a full comprehensive blog about it, we enjoyed it that much. We will be back!
